AVOID THIS PLACE! Assistance Manger really nice! As far as the Lower level suits disgusting _! Either close the place down or get real professional cleaners to clean ur rooms! The other guest were shady looking men all carried back packs. Sorry I ever booked for 1 nite, left found another hotel for the next nite even the chair was discussing. I had them changes the sheets right In front of me cause I found a rubber band under the top cover sheet.

Quality inn Room on 2nd floor was very musty/mold smelling. Stained carpet. Bed was worn, not firm. No street noise. Staff was nice. Breakfast was very good, a lot of choices, fresh quality fruit and both hot and cold choices.

Better Options Exist Two Exits Away No Smoking Room was anything but. The room and hallways reeked. Window air conditioners draw in air right above designated outdoor smoking area, defeating the whole purpose. Walls and adjoining doors are thin so noisy neighbors are a problem.

Not happy on a lot of counts A friend and I stayed here in June. The front desk guy was kind of spooky, with a ponytail and 3 inch aqua nails. He assured me I could still get my points and use my buddy's credit card. The hallway reeked of smoke, and our room had a stale cigarette odor as well. I went back to the clerk to complain and he said they have been smoke free for 5 years, and there was no other room to switch us to. The room was poorly planned, with the bathroom and bedroom doors hitting each other if they were opened at the same time. The bathroom light was flickering on and off, and the handles on some of the drawers came off on one side. I'm glad we only stayed one night. When I checked my rewards, this motel wasn't listed. After several calls to the company, it was discovered the clerk had switched the reservation to my buddy's name when he ran the card. I was told to call the motel directly to get it corrected. The woman that answered looked it up and insisted I had not stayed there, only my friend. After trying to tell her I was also there, she transferred me to the manager, who thankfully was very gracious, saw the error and corrected it so I could get my points. I would not recommend this motel at all...you could do better!

Nice hotel This is a nice hotel with the amenities we need when traveling. The rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was good and the wifi worked. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Nashville area.
