Great stay Worked with me kind and nice. And willing to go the extra mile to make my stay enjoyable. Great front desk staff and a warm feel clean rooms and a great breakfast so all in all very satisfied with the 3 night say that I had there 100% great hotel very hospitable

Wonderful older hotel, but absolute gem hotel. Family friendly, owner and staff pay attention to reviews to improve. Such an absolutely lovely, family friendly hotel. You can tell it's an older hotel, but do not let this dissuade you too much. The staff is so nice and they work so hard to keep this place absolutely updated and immaculate. If you're in Denver for a pot vacation, be aware there are huge fines for smoking, vaping or marijuana which I GREATLY appreciate since I'm alway there with my family. The entire hotel is dinosaur themed which my family loves. They have dinosaur talks, dinosaur stuffed animals throughout, and dinosaur pool toys. They have some of the best dinosaur bone and fossil collections I've seen outside a museum. Complimentary breakfast is pretty good and breakfast staff are so nice. But the true gem is the pool and hot tub, which is absolutely spectacular. I think it's geothermal, so the pool is like bath water all year round. I've been in both the pool and the hot tub in below freezing weather with snow coming down and felt absolutely comfortable. The only thing I could possibly complain about are the plugs. There aren't many of them in the room that aren't blocked by furniture. I've noted this in previous reviews, and I noticed during my last stay, that they added an electric strip complete with USB charging ports next to the bed, which is fantastic. They read these reviews and really work hard to make things better. However, I like to work near the desk/table area a lot, and in many of the rooms I stay in, the plugs closest to that piece of furniture are so loose that my cords just don't stay plugged into the wall. I will bring an extension cord and an extra electric strip to help with that, and I'm usually fine. That's pretty easy for me to do since I'm driving most of the time, but I know that would be a little harder to do if you were flying in for a stay. This place is such a gem, I thought twice about publishing this glowing review. I almost wanted to keep it a secret so it stays this wonderful over time. However, I know the hotel can't thrive without business, and so here is my review of this wonderful gem. One other very minor issue I would mention. I think some dud room key cards are being turned back in. We had multiple failure of our key cards during our stay. Except for one time, we had at least one working key card the entire time, but it would have been nice to have more than one. I don't know if there is a way to inspect them before they are reissued, but when I turned mine in, I made sure to point out which ones I thought were good and which were bad to save someone else the trouble in the future.

Perfectly Acceptable but a Tad Pricey This is a clean Best Western. The room was fine and the breakfast was above average for a Best Western. It was a little on the pricey side, though. The pool is OK. We had to shut the AC off when we got to the room because it was set on "freezer" but we worked that out. No complaints about the staff. It is nothing special, but perfectly acceptable.

Best in the area ! This is a fabulous hotel. It’s clean and quiet and very convenient to major roads. The theming is interesting and the staff is friendly and helpful. There’s a great hot and cold breakfast. We highly recommend it. It’s older but very well maintained and again - it’s very clean and welcoming.

An Unexpected Pleasant Surprise The staff at this hotel were very nice and helpful; especially the breakfast staff. There were many food choices and it changed daily. It's a family friendly hotel with a dinosaur theme that is fun but not kiddish. It's located on Wadsworth near I285 which makes it a convenient place to go around the city. There are many restaurant choices nearby as well. This a good value place to stay and I would definitely stay here again.
