One of the best options in Vegas An amazing option for those who are interested in traveling on a budget. Great location, cozy rooms. There were 3 of us, only two beds in the room. We had to ask for a rollover bed. No microwave or a kettle. Very small fridge. Several places to eat. We used our $50 deposit to eat at some pub in Excalibur. It was a great experience! We asked for a higher floor, we got the 12th. The view was really nice.

Worst experience ever. Room in the royal tower was terrible, AC was broken, room was humid, musty, and there was visible dust on the dressers and TV. 0 accommodations for this either, they just sent someone to "fix" the AC and thoroughly "clean" the room. My young daughter and wife have asthma and they were having trouble breathing in the room. Concierge didn't show any sign of concern, this was the only room that we got and I was being accused of already being moved to a different room. 0 sign of concern, 0 reliability, horrible customer service. Just spend a little more and go elsewhere.

A Terrifying Night at the Excalibur My wife and I had one of the most horrifying hotel experiences of our lives at the Excalibur. At 3 am a man somehow had a key to our room and entered while we were asleep. I woke up to him standing over my wife. He was hostile, kept arguing that it was his room, and it took way too long to get him out. When we went to the front desk the staff acted like the situation was our fault. Instead of taking accountability they victim-blamed us and only offered a partial resort-fee refund. The second room they moved us to was next to an elevator and sounded like a freight train going by every couple of minutes. The room shook. We complained again and were told there were no other rooms, but after pushing for about twenty minutes they suddenly found another one. That room was dusty and run-down. At this point we were exhausted, frustrated, and still trying to process the fact that someone had been inside our room in the middle of the night. This could have ended in a much worse way and the lack of urgency or care from staff made everything that much more upsetting. I can’t recommend staying here after what we went through.

Had a fun time Had a wonderful time would like to come back plan on playing in the casino and enjoy the restaurants but the hotel was definitely worth the stay

Meh with a side of rude Rude service every time I went to front desk or called. Didn’t meet my expectations. Very clean and good service at restaurants. Both housekeeping staff were friendly and polite.
