Bad service What a joke. No sign about what time they close on a game night. I sat there for 40 mons watching the game and nobody took my drink order but kept serving other tables. Little did I know those table had paid before so they kept servicing them and not me. What a joke. Service is a joke. Awareness of the rules….a joke. Just a joke all all around. Couldn’t even finish watching the game the. New Orleans, where I’m from, would never do this joke. You are a joke. You are a joke. With bad service too. A joke with bad service is the worst.

Lots of room issues I had booked 2 Gold Tower rooms through AAdvantage hotels. When we arrived they use screens to check in which would be fine but the reservations were wrong bed types so we had to wait for help twice. We finally get a text saying our rooms are ready but we’re in the Carson tower. Wrong again. So had to go wait for help once again. They tried to argue that, that was what we booked. I showed the original reservation which clearly showed what I paid for. They fixed it and we head to the rooms. One room was fine but the other was dirty and the AC was out so it was like walking outside. Went back and had to wait for help once again. They move us to the Rush Tower which is suppose to be newer and nicer. They charged me an extra $40 per night which I was fine with but the rooms still need a lot of work. The ceiling in the bathroom was in really bad shape and had been patched and never finished. The cabinet door where safe is fell off when I opened it. Normally we wouldn’t stay downtown but my parents were with us and prefer it. It’s obvious these casinos are hurting and not putting money into upkeep. The check in process needs a lot of work.

Fun pool , amazing ambiance - but too spendy on drinks I was at the pool for open swim- ( not a guest of the hotel) Beautiful venue & amazing pool! However the drinks are way over priced !! 7.00 bucks with tip & tax for a smaller glass of soda pop - no alcohol!

Odds and Ends Stayed in Rush tower and after seeing our daughter's room in Carson tower, I preferred hers. Our room was supposed to be quiet. It wasn't . Each night we could hear the music from Fremont Street. The finish on the entry table had a big area worn off. Our hair conditioner was empty. View wasn't good. The air conditioner worked great, bed was comfortable, plenty of sitting space but needed more light in the room. Phone charger only on one side of bed. At least 3 restaurants in the hotel never opened. Good location to walk to others though. When we ate at CJ's we had a strange item added to our check. They did remove it when I asked about it. Pool ended up being drained and no notice as to why. And, it's super easy to walk from one tower to the others inside.
