4 stars Great location, clean room with a mini fridge and plenty of dining options. This is our 2nd stay at Planet Hollywood this year due to its location and plenty of things to do without renting a car. The resort fees are crazy but on a package deal through allegiant you basically got your room free. The pool area needs a makeover-stained day beds, lousy music and charges $9 for a Pepsi, the same bottle you can buy out of the hallway vending machine 20 yards away for $3. Overall, we will be back due to the location alone along with the mini fridge.

Unbelievable My adult son went to the pool and was told he had pay $50 . And if you wanted to come back later, he would have to pay another $50..And the elevators were terrible. it took a long time to get downstairs or up to the hotel room.

stay elsewhere Went to Planet Hollywood by myself. Checked in on a Sunday had bellman bring my luggage up he did and went to get ice. I fell on water from melted ice from the machine could not get up. Had to scream for help bellman came and helped me get up said I wanted to make a report and talk to someone. Security came and took report asked him to have someone call he called someone and they said they would not call me. I fell and got hurt and nobody would have the courtesy to call me or check on me. What kind of service is this it's their fault i fell and nobody cares.

Very bad staff member and manager, what a disappointment! I travelled from Italy and when I arrived at check in I got the worst welcome that I've ever had in my life. I found very rude staff member named Luis, and more than that an even worse attitude Manager called Dana. They didn't even look up to me once, I tried to ask for some help and for a possible upgrade and they almost laughed about it. They even put that into their system as it was something that bothered them. I feel so much offended for that kind of treatment for a foreign traveller. I've spent so many nights at the Hotel but never received such bad attitude and rudeness. It fellt almost like they were annoyed to assist me, like I was nothing, like I was bothering them just asking some questions. I feel so hurt and resentful for that behaviour that I hope the property does something about it. People like this should not be able to deal with guests, they have no manners and no politeness. They GIVE CAESARS PROPERTY A BAD NAME! It's a disgrace! I loved so much staying at Caesars properties, but they ruined my vacation.
