Very confortable room. My room appeared to have been redone within the past two years. The bed was comfortable and the closet was large. The bathroom was also large and it was equipped with two sinks, a shower, and a hot tub. They should consider adding a make-up/shaving mirror. Staff members were friendly and courteous. The room cleaning staff did a terrific good. The South Tower had six elevators, but only three were operating. This often meant long delays and elevators reaching floors without space for an additional passenger.

Don’t book a room here! My mother who is 87 had no accommodations for handicapped people. They had no where for her sit in the lobby while we checked in. They could have cared less of her demise. We asked for a simple chair for her and were told they had none. We called ahead for scooter for her and we guaranteed there would be one here for her only to find out they had none. The restroom in the room had no bars or handicap features. The front desk staff were rude and uncaring! I would not recommend this resort to anyone, nor am I willing to ever book a room there again.

Felt like a throw back to a dirty aged smoke filled hotel from the 80s Felt like a throw back to a dirty aged smoke filled hotel from the 80s Smelt throughout of smoke from the smokers in the Casino, only 2 lifts out of 6 appeared to be working, the rooms and general atmosphere was dated, and the ladies dancing on tables in the Casino sealed the deal on a very poor experience that was not value for money. We saw many of the other hotels whilst in Las Vegas all were a lot better

Nice Mid-Priced Hotel with a Good Location on the Strip PH is very nice, budget friendly resort/casino located nicely in the heart of the Las Vegas strip. There are many higher-end places to stay in this area, as well as lower priced options around here, but in the end we were glad we chose this place. There's a decent list of both 'pro's' and 'cons', so let's start with the positive things. PH is relatively close to the airport, and a taxi ride here carries a set price of $25. I always add a 20% tip, but $30 is still a good deal. The taxis, ubers, etc. drop you off and pick you up in their underground garage which is super convenient, especially if it's raining or oppressively hot outside. Check-in is pretty basic, and we did this on a Sunday night around 8:30 so the wait time was minimal. As with most of these large resort casinos, multiple elevators are used to take you to your room, and each elevator station has six cars which gets you 'up and down' fast. The guest rooms are very nice and feature some interesting art work. Each room has a mini fridge that can be used during your stay with no additional charge -- a nice touch that other resorts around here should follow. And, thankfully none of those ridiculously priced minibar items are provided here. Bathroom was clean, but if you prefer two separate sinks you won't find it here. A large bathtub is provided if you opt for a relaxing bath some evening. But, this is where the cons start to appear. The beds aren't very comfortable, and the sheets appear to have been bleached so many times they are white, but not very comfortable to sleep under. Two large pillows are provided for each guest for king size beds, but having the option of a smaller, standard size pillow would be a helpful change. When we checked-in recently, the room we booked approximately two months ago (king bed with a strip view) wasn't available, so we were told to come down to the front desk the next day around noon and we would be upgraded. When we did that, we were switched to room with a king bed, but not really un upgrade. It's our belief that we should have received some type of upgrade for the hassle this caused us. Other miscellaneous items include a handy safe in each guest room, and a pretty good casino as a Caesar's resorts property. The casino was laid out well once you got the hang of it, and the selection of slot machines was very good with both new and older machines. We ate at two restaurants on this property (Cafe Hollywood and Flights), and both were good and reasonable priced. Don't know if we'd stay here again, but for our most recent visit this place was just fine and didn't break the bank.

Pleasantly surprised I had a great experience at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino from dining at the Brazillian restaurant, to strolling through the inside mall, to seeing the Zombie Burlesque show. I even found my favorite slot machine game also. I will return for sure.
