Safe, clean, comfortable - what more can you ask? I love this place. It's clean, safe, and relatively inexpensive. All of the staff are v friendly. My service dog Prince is always welcome, but no pets are allowed. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The staff are good about recommending restaurants and grocery stores, etc. The exterior and interior are being renovated. One new addition I enjoy is the shaded patio with tables just off the breakfast area. Breakfast made me discover the only fault I've discovered. I bring my own tea when I travel (I'm picky that way) and I find that the hot cups are very small which is a bit annoying. I don't think you'll be disappointed if you choose this hotel.

Bates motel comes to mind. I'm still a little shocked this place is open for business. The outside was filled with work trucks and shuttle busses. Entering we passed a room of painting and construction supplies and when we entered everything was dark. That should have been a flag but the room was prepaid. We were 45 mins from our event and just wanted to relax. Ummm. Once the elevator opened on the 3rd floor, we were greeted with unfinished walls, exposed electrical outlets and signs propped up on the floor. After standing in shock for a few minutes we saw the sign explaining that no construction was taking place and the rooms had been completed. Now we know why all the lights were off downstairs. As we walked the hall looking for our room we noticed every door was dotted with 2 or 3 swipes of spackle. Almost as if a kid was playing prior to demolition. So we found the room - good news the key worked. We walked in to the darkness and I sniffed the musty-Ness. When I questioned allowed, "What's that smell" My kid promply answered , "Sadness". How appropriate was that description. Like we just walked into someone world of depression. I immediately turned on all the lights and opened the blinds but I couldn't get the darkness out. I'm not sure what "finished" means to the people who wrote the sign but I never realized how amazing hotel art was until there was none. The room was bare, depressing, cold and yet still dirty. Stains on the floor and on the bathroom wall. Can't comment on the shower because we didnt use it. The beds were lumpy and for some reason the pillows were the size of throw pillows with folded over cases. We all had a hard time falling asleep due to the discomfort and overall creepiness of the place but despite a note in the room about nor getting room service for stays less than 3 days we had knocking on our door and someone yelling room service at 830am. We tried to go back to sleep, missed breakfast [the girl at the front said it was 6-9 but I'm not sure I believe there was any]. At 11:02 we got a call that it was time to leave. I thought check out was 12 but I must have been thinking of another place. Nothing was said when we arrived about wifi, breakfast hours, check out or housekeeping so I was just going by memory. They did have a pool as stated but when we went to look we noticed it was filled with dirt and my kids didn't want to go in despite loving to swim. I honestly can't believe this place is open and taking people's money. The worst part was that I called for the reservation. I actually spoke to a person who was standing IN the "hotel" and he never mentioned oh btw we're in a renovating type process. I've always stayed in radisons and tried to support choice hotels since they bought them out but this was about as disappointing as it gets. I have multiple photos since words can't really express how bad it was but go figure they won't load due to being dark anf hard to see.

Can't wait to move on $184 is too much for this place! Nothing terrific here except the front desk guy at check in was a standout. No parking at all available and lot was filled with work trucks and shuttle buses. Was wondering if part of their lot is used to store things or rent space? Room was ok but had a smell. Warm shower only. They mix cool and warm lights in the room and I personally don't care for this ambience in the room - not restful at all! Keep looking if you care about above issues.

This is the right Choice for your Leesburg stay. Perfect location for your Leesburg or western Loudoun stay. Close to many places to eat. The rooms are newly remodeled. It’s quiet and safe here. I was in town for business a month ago and chose a Clarion hotel. The difference between these two hotels were night and day. And it begins with staff. Susie, Terry and everyone at the front desk at Comfort Suites are so sharp, smiling and welcoming. Let me tell you a couple things this Comfort Suites doesn’t have. Cigarette and marijuana odors in the hallway and stairwells. Trash doesn’t pile up outside the back entrance. This staff cares about their guests and this property. Last thing. There were families and a bridal party staying there for a wedding. I met the flower girls. My thought was this Comfort Suites is safe for families and young people. We live in a world where this is so important.

Bare minimum It was clean, had the minimum amenities like towels, soap, hair dryer, bed was comfortable. Nice touch was no carpeting on the floor. On the flip side it had noisy hallways, doors did not close quietly, water wasn’t very hot, the air conditioner was smelly kinda like mold, same for the hallway. We stayed on the first floor. They also i suppose had a business that operated out of the room across from ours that helped with a wedding. so they were doing stuff late at night then 5:30 in the morning that was annoying. It was good enough for one night stay. Not too many toiletry items or snacks available for purchase and the breakfast was buffet but not very appetizing. Stayed in the area once before at home 2 suites which was on par with this hotel but much nicer all around. And this is not because it was new but comparing amenities just much nicer. Conviently located to sites and highway.
