Great hotel and restaurant! I highly recommend this hotel! Even though they are in the midst of remodeling the rooms, I would stay again. The remodel is very nice and bright. The menu and food was the best we have seen in the last dozen or more HGI’s we have stayed in. Hotel and Restaurant staff were all great!

OK visit The hotel room was very comfortable and nice, but the place has staffing issues or something, bar and restaurant was closed for both weekend nights. Desk was not manned at periods of time during stay. The manager was pulling all shift's, I guess. It was just an OK stay at this Hilton, not really typical of Hilton's but breakfast was good and available on time

bad food at the hilton my Wife and i had a stay at the garden Hilton on our way home from Florida checking out GOOD FRIDAY we are regular costumers on our way to and from Florida at least 20 times each way .we had dinner the evening we arived at the dinning room ,,dinner was Chicken tenders and flat bead , sadly we both got very ill , we reported to the desk the young lady informed us there is no management on the week ends i made a error to complain to the wrong Hilton we stayed the night before in Thiffton GO the manager at Thifton can confirm no more garden Hilton for me and my wife sad after so many stays arnold hoffmann

Wonderful Remodel I used to stay at this hotel all the time (20 plus night a yr) but it had gotten dated. I decided to give it another try and wow I’m glad I did. The remodel is fantastic, this will once again be my place to stay in Ky. Also the staff here is always great

Best Customer Service of my life! I would like to encourage you to come stay at this Hilton Property. First of all, the property is completely remodeled, and it looks great. Additionally, the staff couldn't be nicer! I had to stay there last night as because of a huge storm in the area, and we had no power on at our home. My party consisted of myself, my dog and my toddlers. Nobella brought us our takeout to the room, towels and a huge bowl for my dog to use for his water. She was so kind and went above and beyond my expectations for any front desk staff member. This morning, I was trying to get my kids breakfast, and with toddlers, I will tell you it's quite the ordeal. Our server (I didn't get her name, but she was so sweet) gave my boys coloring pages and even kept them busy while I got them some food. As I was trying to pay my son wiped out on the floor - not the hotels fault, his feet twisted up and fell. He was scared and hurt and crying and the manager and server told me not to worry about the bill and tend to my son. I have stayed at hundreds of hotels, across many brands, and have never been so impressed as I am with this staff. Congratulations guys, from the perspective of this tired mom, you are top tier and can't thank you enough for your kindness.
