Traveling for my 60th birthday and 34th wedding anniversary. Very nice staff especially Samantha who was willing to go out of her way to make sure we had transportation to the airport and back. She also provided us with transportation from the port as well as to the grocery store. Although we arrived a little early back from our cruise around 9am our room wasn't quite ready. Samantha took it upon herself to see we had a room ready within the hour and we did. Pool was pleasant and clean also very refreshing. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling day before on a cruise.

Nice place to stay Had a friend come into town and was looking for a place to stay. Found this hotel at a reasonable rate and thought I try it out. It is close to different restaurants. Super close to the airport. The rooms are spacious and clean. The Front Desk staff is super friendly. I would stay here agian.

Clean, comfy! We did the Park and Fly package and arrived here at 1:00 a.m. on our way home from Norway. We were exhausted and couldn't wait to get into bed. Thinking this would be a mediocre airport hotel, we were so pleasantly surprised when we entered the room. It was superbly clean and the beds and pillows were really comfortable. What a pleasant treat! Thank you to the staff at this Holiday Inn Express! We will definitely stay here again when we are flying out of BWI.

Wonderful Stay We had an early flight in the morning, and we used this hotel to stay and park our car for the week. The hotel is very clean, the breakfast bags came in handy since our flight was so early, the coffee was hot and fresh, and the shuttle service was fast and efficient. Shout out to Mr Eric and Christine. They were very courteous and friendly. Please let them know.

A thank-you-note to Mr. Eric and Christine Immediately after a flight cancellation at the 11th hour, we were lucky to have come across Mr. Eric. Mr. Eric gave us a ride to Holiday Inn Express and connected us with Christine, the front desk manger.
