Great hotel with great service This hotel service was wonderful, even though they were extremely busy they did a great job handling everything. The rooms were nice and clean and spacious. We enjoyed the breakfast definitely worth going with an amazing spread. The hotel is located more in the business district but if you dont mind an easy 15 min walk the main strip is close by. We will definitely be back

Excellent Stay Just back from a two night weekend stay. I am a Diamond Ambassador IHG member and all associated benefits were recognised by the team in the hotel at check in. The hotel went above and beyond with a late check out to accommodate our evening flight which was very much appreciated. We were given a lovely room on the 15th floor with fantastic views of all of Lisbons main landmarks from a corner window. The rooms were spotless with lovely new bathrooms and very comfortable furnishing. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job each day and a lovely turndown service was provided each evening with the nicest pillow chocolates each night that I’ve ever come across. As I have Club lounge membership we were provided with access to the club lounge where we enjoyed a very attentive breakfast - try the Eggs Benedict if you have club lounge access, very good! My review wouldn’t be complete without a special mention and thanks to Rita (Director of Guest Experience). Rita was a pleasure to deal with and made special efforts to get to know us during our stay and ensure our stay was the best it could be. Rita is a credit to the hotel and to the IHG brand. Thank you Rita. My partner had unknowingly to me contacted the hotel ahead of the stay to mention I was celebrating my birthday this week and the hotel kindly organised a special suprise delivery to the room on our first evening - thank you again for this. The hotel is located in a lovely area adjacent to a beautiful park and with easy access to all the city sights. We were able to reach all attractions easily from this hotel with use of Uber/Bolt services. We will be backs to the hotel on our next trip to Lisbon.

IDEAL DOWNTOWN LOCATION Consistent Intercontinental Resort standards are on display at this hotel. The staff are amazing and very professional from the moment you arrive until you depart. Everything in the hotel is immaculate even the hard surfaces are polished to perfection. The rooms are very luxurious with impressive bathroom facilities. Housekeeping does an amazing job. The breakfast buffet is very good and you can also have a specific breakfast made to order. On our day of departure, we were leaving early, the hotel prepared us a lovely continental breakfast to go and there was a staff member offering fresh coffee, tea, juices, pastries and assort breakfast items available in the lobby for guests departing early. I would without hesitation highly recommend the Intercontinental Lisbon.

Excellent service and stay for a large family Wonderful service, comfortable and clean rooms and solid breakfast. Really impressed with the attention of the staff. Our large group enjoyed our 4 nights there and the particular care they spent on our mobility impaired mother - they even repaired her walker that had lost a screw due to the cobblestone streets - and refused a gratuity that we offered for their responsiveness. The Portuguese are so friendly and genuinely caring - the vibe at the hotel reflects this well. Though it is a 15 minute Uber drive from the bustling downtown and Chiada area - rides were around 9-15 Euros so we were ok with the trade off of a very peaceful and relaxing area away from the hustle and noise.

Great Stay! Overall a 5/5 experience at this hotel. The view from our room was amazing- could see the whole city! With that being said the location is farther away from the city center- it being about a 30 minute walk or more. I enjoyed it being away from the hustle and bustle- and we used Uber a lot- it was very inexpensive. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was wonderful- specific shoutout to the breakfast hostess Wanda- she was delightfully friendly & sweet. The room was spotless and comfy. Can't complain!
