Comfort Inn Edgware Road W2

Okay if you have very low expectations We, two foreign women, were searching for a hotel in the middle of the night in this horrific area. The staff didn’t take us seriously, although we told him about our situation and the problems we had. He tried to fool us by telling us there were no more rooms left, suddenly someone “canceled” their room at 1 am after we caught him on lying because of the indication on booking.com. My mother, who was very upset because of the circumstances, was not treated seriously and she was sometimes laughed at. The receptionist ended up making an inappropriate comment about my relationship status. Keep in mind that we were alone in the middle of the night, scared and anxious to go to our room. The hotel room was very noisy and we were not able to close the window, there was no possibility to do so! The smell was aggravating as the night passed. The next day before breakfast, another staff and him were laughing at my mother when passing by. We were very happy to leave and would not recommend it to anyone. Overall our journey was pleasant in London but not the hotel incident, take care!

Great hotel with fantastic staff We stayed at this hotel for only one night as it’s very close to Hyde park where we were attending a concert. The quality of the hotel and service provided was above all of our expectations based on the we paid. Special thanks to Tahira who went above and beyond to make our stay extra special! Definitely recommend this hotel, which is one of the best hotels in the area in terms of location, comfort and value for money.

Excellent Excellent room newly refurbished great base It's clear to see the hotel is under refurbishment. I've seen.workers4 the last 2 days doing a great job. I'd definitely stay again if in a new room. Local to all attractions within a small walk. Walk or take a tube. Yp to you

Horrible communication! I reserved a room. The staff that I spoke to was very rude, unpleasant and difficult to speak to. He would interrupt me and would go on and on without listening to what was being said. He said he used to be manager somewhere and now works as a staff overlooking the booking policy. I wish I remembered the name. I had to immediately cancel the booking. If I could give this a 0 star for service I'd give it that Just a horrible experience

2 day stay Hotel is in a great location for Edgware Road tube station (bakerloo entrance). Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The bedroom and bathroom were fine, although the shower was a little difficult get in/out of due to toilet location. Bed was comfy and a tasty continental breakfast was included in our stay. Very happy with our stay and the price we paid was reasonable.
