Would definitely return We did not experience the rooms. We only used the restaurant. The restaurant was clean with lovely ambience. Eduart, our server was totally attentive and courteous to us, he assisted us with our every request.

Leonardo royal I stayed at the Leonardo Royal Hotel, and I’ll give credit where it’s due: the location is absolutely fantastic. If convenience were a sport, this place would be taking home gold. Sadly, the rest of the hotel seems to have retired sometime around the Bronze Age. The corridor and my room were infused with a powerful scent I can only describe as “ancient damp with bold undertones of mold.” Honestly, I half-expected to see mushrooms checking in ahead of me. I had to sleep with the windows wide open just to inhale something that wasn’t fermenting — which meant being jolted awake at dawn by the local soundtrack of trucks, birds, and whatever creature was tap dancing on the roof at 6 a.m. Then came the gents’ toilets by reception. The smell of urine didn’t just drift — it leapt out to greet me before I even touched the door. It was like the hotel had installed smell-based security alarms. And I’ll say this plainly: if I’d been staying for more than one night, I’d have checked out faster than you can say “refundable booking” and found somewhere else entirely. In short: amazing location, unforgettable smells (for all the wrong reasons), and an atmosphere best enjoyed with a peg for your nose and a strong sense of humor. Potential to be great — once they call in a deep-cleaning team, a renovation crew, and maybe a small army.

Great Experience Thanks to the Amazing Staff I had dinner in the Executive Lounge at Leonardo Royal Hotel London Tower Bridge, where I wanted to enjoy a glass of wine and order some cheese-free chips due to my allergy. I was truly impressed by how quick and professional the staff were — Cristina and Donna helped me right away and were incredibly attentive and hospitable. The service was excellent, the atmosphere very pleasant, and their attention to detail made the experience relaxing and worry-free. A place I gladly recommend, especially thanks to the team who genuinely focuses on guests’ comfort
