Not a pleasant stay I’ve stayed at a comfort suites before in Ohio and Ontario. This has been the worst so far the room was clean but the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were very tiny. I put a ice pack in the fridge freezer when we to bed in the morning when I went to get it was gone the only time we were out of the room was when we went for breakfast which was a joke. We went down for breakfast just before 8am. Some food items were empty and the lady didn’t bother to fill it The worst was just after we got there all of a sudden 20 or more hotel workers came in they were rude and pushy just butting in taking all or almost all the food. I saw one person take 6 muffins another took 4 eggs and there wasn’t much there to start with. The lady watching the food area did nothing didn’t even refill any thing. We got lucky we got some food. I saw hotel guest come down to eat and the looked at what there was left not much and talked to the lady about the food and left. That’s sad paying guests like us can’t even get to enjoy breakfast no food etc.

Horrible stay Run from this hotel! Smells bad, wallpaper falling off in bathroom, sink clogged with gross brown clumps floating up. Carpet on stairs from lobby to second floor and room was disgustingly dirty! Breakfast was terrible. Eggs (?) were cold and hard. Batter for waffles tasted sour. No juice, machine out of order. Despite bad reviews being written, nothing is being done about it. Health department needs to visit.

Horrible experience! I rarely write reviews of travel experiences, but our experience at the hotel was deplorable. I was traveling with my two sister and my 90-year-old dad. I had reservations for 2 rooms with 2 double beds in each room. When we arrived the front desk employee advised he had a reservation for only 1 room. I showed him our reservation paperwork and he said that the cooperate office didn’t send it to their location so he couldn’t do anything about it. I then asked if he had another room with two double beds available. He said he had only room left and it was a king bed. (There was a concert of some sort in the area and many area hotels were sold out.) My sisters agreed to sleep together in that bed. Then the front desk employee quoted us rates well over what was on my reservation. I asked for the manager on duty…there was none. I was told that there wouldn’t be a manager on site for another couple of days. Nor was there a on-call manager. I then called Choice Hotels guest services. When the front desk employee heard me talking to the corporate office people, he told us he wouldn’t rent us any rooms for the night, because he didn’t want any charges to come back from corporate to his hotel. At that point another guest who had been patiently waiting to check in, stepped up and told the young man that he needed to make this right for us. He did finally give way and agreed to let us have the two rooms, but at the higher rate. I was appalled by the way we were treated. The higher rates were bad enough, but then when this young man refused to rent us rooms, I just about lost it. My dad who had been traveling for several hours was exhausted and needed a place to rest. None of us deserved to be treated this way. On a positive note, when I returned home and followed up with Choice Hotels Guest Services, they were very apologetic and compensated me appropriately.

Never again Stayed for a cheer competition (26 families) this weekend and I have NEVER had such a dirty hotel in my life. I will make a list. Not one single family had a good room. Room 223 MOLD EVERYWHERE above shower, behind tv, inside the nightlight. The couch looked like a movie had been filmed there if you get my drift. MUD was smeared on the box spring Blood on the mattress cover Wallpaper at the ends of the halls was sliding down the walls Dirty beyond dirty on the floors if it was truly getting cleaned it would vacuum up. Thank God we didn’t have bedbugs but 2 other families did! My husband allergies have been going crazy since our sleeping arrangements. The pool looked and smelled like an old hamper. Weed was being smoked in the hotel. Disgusting save yourself the trouble. I’m fine with needing updates but filth is ridiculous!
