HIE is the best and this one is no exception The hotel was clean...breakfast ares was well stocked and clean...we travel a lot...HIE is absolutely the best chain of this level...they consistently blow Hampton out of the water...highly recommend HIE and this one in particular...and restaurants within walking distance...and motorcycle friendly!

decent the pros: housekeeping was kind, and did a great job,,, breakfast was really good and had lots of items to chose from, larger than normal breakfast, Breakfast staff was amazing and very nice... rooms were very nice size and loved the ceiling fan. cons: pool was ice cold... i ask if it was broken, and was told , no , its not heated....mattress are very hard and uncomfortable, lumpy and painful to sleep in them.

Still Shopworn Shopworn, but clean. Some lights in bathroom need new bulbs, broken outlets near bed, torn fabric on easy chair, dusty a/c unit, not enough lighting in the room, sick looking ceiling light. I was here last year and should have remembered this place needs some work. Got to remember to find another place.

Great location but……. Great location off of the I-75. Arrived at 10:00pm Feb. 29/24. Young man at front desk was nice. Room was clean but the telephone in the room didn’t work - no dial tone. Advised front desk and was advised by the young man that you can’t make an outgoing call from the room. I told him what if there was an emergency and I had to call ‘911’. He said ‘good point. Never thought of that’. For a person with medical concerns this was not what I wanted to hear. Spoke to morning from desk staff ‘Jason’ and advised of the situation. He informed me that a new phone system was put in and they were having problems. I again re-iterated my concerns regarding a ‘911’ emergency. I gave Jason my email address and wanted the Manager to contact me. As of March 22/24 there has been no contact from Manager. Very disappointing for a large chain hotel. Would not return or recommend.

Best place in London Kentucky! This was a great place. The only reason it was 4 star is because the echo in the pool is LOUD. There were 6 other Young girls aged 7-16 disruping our swim. We we're just here for a quick 1 day trip to the area. We had room 222 and it was nice, we had a sleepful night and a great stay. For all, COME HERE. Next time staying two nights!
