Poor treatment of a family member We are in town for a graduation. My daughter in law's sister is 7 1/2 months pregnant. She had made a reservation on Priceline that was nonrefundable. She notified them that she would not be there on Friday the 29th but would be there on Saturday the 30th. When she got there Saturday night, she was told that they gave her room away and refused to give her credit. Told her to take it up with Priceline and basically threw her out of the hotel. Very unprofessional.

Bad customer service I booked with the choice app and went there for my reservation Before I walked in to check in the clerk came outside and said that I can’t stay there it’s not a normal hotel..and that I have to leave and if I don’t leave she going to call the police.

Scary! Tried to check in about 3:30 and was told thru intercom to come back in an hour. Curb appeal was lacking. We thought if outside was that bad, we did not hang out for an hour to see what rooms were like.

stay someplace ... ANYPLACE else .. Quality Inn should investigate the management of this establishment with an eye towards removing their name from it .. it is a DUMP! We had no notice that this 2 story motel has no elevator .. they only have stairs .. we are 4 senior citizens with normal senior citizen aches, pains and disabilities .. we were told that they could only accomodate us on the 2nd floor, because the first floor is reserved for smoking rooms .. apparently it doesn't occur to the management that the smell of cigarettes rises .. why aren't the smoking rooms put on the 2nd floor and the first floor reserved for handicapped guests and non smoking?? we struggled our way up the stairs only to discover that these rooms were last remodeled in the late 1960's .. dim, dull ..the house telephones that take up a large area on the end table do NOT actually work .. they are completely dead .. I have no idea why they are on the table ..you can't call out .. you can't even call the front desk .. which, by the way, is not actually staffed .. if you need something from the front desk .. you have to actually go downstairs to the perpetually unattended front desk .. and push a buzzer .. somebody may appear .. maybe. The complimentary breakfast was inedible .. it was just some prefabricated eggs that were microwaved and some cold mystery meat sausage, that may have been turkey .. or may have been pork .. but were definitely rubber .. these may seem to be a number of small complaints, but it all adds up to a poorly managed establishment that does not take any pride in it's appearance or in it's service .. it needs to be visited by Quality Inn representatives, with the idea being that Quality Inn may either wish to remove it's name brand from this hotel, or it should be taken over by competent management .. it's a dump.

Disgusting DON'T STAY HERE!! Got 2 rooms and CONFIRMED day before they were adjoining - got there and they don't even have adjoining rooms!! The smell in the lobby alone was awful!! Room looked it hadn't been cleaned or dusted in weeks bedspread was gross, shower was black! Had safes but couldn't use they don't allow it any more and the door to the room didn't even lock!! Trash was on the floor had someone come clean the toiled and pick up trash front desk girl was apologetic and stated they are having trouble getting cleaning people. If they had a breakfast, I wouldn't eat it - if what you could see was nasty can't imagine the state of the areas like the kitchen that you can't see!!
