Perfect travel stop over location. This property was great! Conveniently located off interstate with lots of restaurants around and a Walmart next to it. Staff was great, breakfast was decent, all around great stop over location that avoided I-95 corridor around Richmond.

Poor maintenance One of the worst experiences we have had with a hotel. Check in took over 30 minutes due to a bunch of men who had ‘ reservation issues’. Room looked like some had been laying on bed… toilet loose from floor and toilet lid was broken. Very poor maintenance. Never again.

Plunge your own toilet! Upon check-in, the toilet would not flush. I called the front desk and they sent someone up who handed me a plunger and then left. First time that’s ever happened to me. I gave it a try and the water level kept rising so I stopped. My family and I currently don’t have a working toilet.

Great start…. Oh my the warm cinnamon this!!! We chose the hotel enroute from NC to PA!! If I had read & trusted a number of the more recent , negative reviews I may not have chosen it but i I didn’t!! I read them after I reserved! We had a very nice stay, friendly, helpful Front desk staff, clean halls & room!! We had comfortable beds, comfy temps with AC that was not noisy!! The hotel was quite quiet & the tv very large with great picture!! The breakfast was very good with plenty of choices, many healthy but also wonderful, warm cinnamon rolls!! I couldn’t resist!! A very pleasant breakfast attendant as well! Will def stay here again!! My advice is don’t ALWAYS trust negative reviews!! We feel very positive about this hotel!!!

NO, NO, NOOOOOOOOOOO I was placed on 3rd floor can't remember room but it really doesn't matter. There were roaches all in the pull shades adult ones with eggs so they LIVE there. I immediately left, and was told there wasn't much to xhoose from as housekeeping was behind. It was 1 am I was then placed on 4th floor carpet wasn't vacumm bathroom wasn't cleaned only bed made and Expedia with whom I booked is meeting on whether I should be refunded. I booked Friday 3pm check in til Sunday 11am check out I checked in at 1 am Sat morning checked out at 7am sat morning they should at least give me back my day.
