Terrible stay with lots of potential!! Terrible stay. We booked this hotel because I stayed at the adjacent Hilton Hampton Inn hotel a few months ago when I came solo. Terrible mistake. Room was huge…but bed was uncomfortable. One side leaned and when checking in it had spots on the sheets. The chairs in the kitchenette area are peeling badly. The peeling material gets tracked all over the room. We had to put towels on the chairs to calm that down a bit. And they only gave us two towels. The little let out couch or whatever you want to call it is run down…the bed that was inside the couch wouldn’t even come out. I’m almost glad it didn’t because who knows what we would have found once we unfolded the bed. When trying to warm up something for my child the next morning we opened the microwave to only fine a plate with old mildewed food on it that was left from the previous guests stay. There was a pot in the dishwasher that wasn’t even clean. Don’t expect a full set of silverware as we only had one knife…one fork…and two spoons. The furniture had run down inside the room and had holes in it. The sitting chair had a metal piece sticking out that we had to cover up so as to our child wouldn’t accidentally run past it and hurt herself. And security at night which I do appreciate them having it onsite. But the way they are you’d think your coming into a nicer room with the way they profile you or any guest you may have coming to visit at nite hours. But I will give the staff their just do. They did try to switch us to another room which was a smaller studio but just as bad looking as the bigger one we had. Staff at breakfast was nice and courteous. The older lady that was over the food was very accommodating and kept things with the food selection on par. Front desk was just as kind. My son came to visit me and when walking into the lobby he was stopped by front desk asking if he was staying or visiting and told he couldn’t go past the lobby unless I came and got him. Now why I know what teens do when they rent rooms and come and do their thing I was on the fence with this. If this was a common practice among everyone that came into the front lobby I’d appreciate it, but I do think my son was profiled because when I was checking into the room I seen many people come and go through that front lobby and not one was stopped or asked if they were visiting or what not. Housekeeping is every other day and the “one” time that housekeeping did come I told her we needed a few large towels as well as towels for the shedding chairs. She told me towels were still being cleaned and she gave me a few faces towels but came back later with “two” larger towels that she said were for the chair. We ended up using them for shower towels and just kept the towels we had in the chairs there. But overall I think this could be a great property. It’s large and huge and I’m sure during the Fedex St Jude Golf Tournament they get plenty of guest hit and update is desperately needed. The rooms have great tvs and appliances but the upkeep of the furniture is awful. And the staff knows it but I guess management could care less. I would hate to see this hotel bought by some foreign owners that come and buy properties like this and turn it into an undercover brothel of some sorts. Get it together Hilton!!!

Stayed here a couple times over 4 years and the experience is always bad! I have accidentally stayed at this hotel several times because I travel for work and always assume that all Hilton Hotels are at least decent. The first time I stayed was in 2020, it was dirty and infested with gnats. They moved our room, but even the next room was full of gnats. I then realized the entire hallway was full of gnats. The other times I stayed it was just dirty and stinky. When I stayed this year, it was still was dirty and stinky. Horrible place to stay especially when you’re paying almost $200/night to stay somewhere comfortable. I would never recommend this place.

Rundown, old rooms that need an update. I hate leaving bad reviews. But this one has to be written. In general the hotel is dirty. That is really the beginning and end of the story. To say the room is dated is being too kind. The carpet the room is missing in places. The chairs in the room, once fake leather are now just peeled mess. The hard floor in the kitchen of the room is sticky to the point you shoes get stuck. The bathroom has no hot water… we can call it luke warm after running for 8 mins. The exterior of the hotel is semi well maintained. The breakfast was adequate but everything is served on plastic plates which I don’t blame them cause the likelihood of clean plates would probably be a problem. The staff were excellent and is the only reason. Why this place gets two stars. Every single lets. Was kind and friendly and really seemed to be enjoying working and being there for the guests. If this hotel would just redo the rooms and plumbing then it could easily be 5 star reviews. It’s in prime location, has large rooms and is well laid out. Just the rooms are dirty and rundown. And it’s not the fault of the staff. It’s the room.

Very tired HWS Property! Avoid this hotel. Avoid this very tired Hilton Property. Don’t let the convenience to the country clubs fool you as this hotel is in need of a major update. 4 night of cold showers was enough for me. I moved over to the much nicer Southhaven location. I attempted an early check in and the front desk seemed genuinely pleased to tell me no!

Not recommended void this place. The rooms are dirty and smelly. We were given a non smoking room, but that room was obviously smoked in and it was very strong. We requested a room change and received another room, but it smelled like wet dog and the air conditioner did not work. Tried to change rooms again but was told that there were no more rooms available. I found that hard to believe given the lack of cars in the parking lot.
