Family Reunion Host Hotel Micheal made sure that my family and I were accommodated in every way possible! The rooms were clean the staff was nice and the kids and family enjoyed the pool area. They also allowed us to play board games and etc in the lobby for a moment ! Thanks for accommodating my family!

Enjoyed my stay. The staff at the Hampton Inn were so helpful and friendly. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Metairie, easy to reach restaurants, and the shopping center My room was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great customer service The front desk staff were very accommodating. The rooms were clean and the Hotel in General smelled and appeared very clean. My family hosted our family reunion here, and they provided us with a nice area to accommodate our whole family. The pool was also well kept.

One sided The bed is horrible - why 4 smallest pillows for a large bed? Most uncomfortable stay. Understand sleeping patterns. Btw -where is the Hilton loyalty to your Diamond Elite members? If you can’t reciprocate the loyalty, get rid of the program. What a joke now!

Great stay! …no airport shuttle on Monday This would be a 5 Star rating like ALL Hampton Inns are… BUT… we booked this room based largely on the fact that it had an airport shuttle. And come Monday morning there was NO SHUTTLE!?! If someone had told me upon check in, we would have been disappointed, but had time to make other arrangements. However, we were placed on the shuttle list for 8 AM. When we showed up at 8 AM we were informed they do not run a shuttle on Monday.. The staff needs to be better informed or post a memo or note at the front desk, reminding people… Otherwise it was an amazing, well tended and clean property with comfortable beds! Also breakfast was lovely as usual-choices for all breakfast appetites. And the staff was super cool and friendly ( just if not properly informed/trained about every detail__‍♀️).
