Recommended This is a business hotel, but good for family trips as well. The staff is helpful, they tried to solve my issue with a very problematic issue with Turibus. Location good, breakfast above average, executive lounge 6-8 is according the great Hilton standard.

Wow! Amazing experience at Hilton Mexico City Reforma Wow! What an amazing experience my family and I had staying at Hilton Mexico City Reforma. We stayed here based on the location of the activities we wanted to do and the museums we wanted to visit during our stay. But I am so glad we did! About a week before arrival I received a personal email from management welcoming me and offering assistance on any request. A day before arrival, I received another email saying I had been upgraded. As a diamond member, I’ve never received any major upgrades during my travels. The best I've received is a better view which is fine by me. We arrived and I loved the location of the hotel. Right in the middle of everything we were interested in doing and walking distance from El Zocalo. The hotel lobby was beautifully decorated, modern, and clean. Staff immediately got us checked in and turns out we were upgraded to a jr suite! They informed me that with my status I received complimentary breakfast for myself and my family and “happy hour” in the evenings at the executive lounge. The lounge had plenty of room for guests with an amazing view of the city! This was very convenient for us as we wouldn’t have to leave the hotel until we were ready to go out for the day. Every single staff member we encountered in the lounge, lobby, elevators, hallways, etc always greeted us and made us feel at home. My son had his birthday during our stay and they presented him with a happy birthday letter and complimentary dessert which also made him feel special. This property location is VERY safe! My family and I walked around the area during the day and sometimes into the night (10-11pm) and never felt in danger. I travel for work and with family a few times a year. In my opinion, Hilton Mexico City Reforma is one of the best Hilton properties in Mexico. Whenever I return to CDMX I won’t stay anywhere else as they have earned my loyalty. Thank you!

Excellent hotel with landmark restaurant in lobby Excellent location, genuine and attentive service, spacious and quiet rooms. Housekeeping service was provided daily and room was very clean. Restaurant in lobby is a local chain that I was told by many locals is a go-to favorite, I agree it was excellent. Secure and tranquil oasis in a crowded part of town. Walking distance to many “can’t miss” tourism sites and museums.
