Location, location, location! Plus; great breakfast buffer, good service at restaurant and bar, friendly reception and perfect location for nightlife in Zona Rosa. Minus; Housekeeping did not do rooms timely, did not leave even 1 extra toilet paper and no wash cloth in bathroom. No toilet paper replacement sent for hours even after calling front desk. Had to go in person to reception to ask again for toilet paper!

Pillow issues and more I’m a flat pillow guy and even asking two days in a row for a flat pillow they were not able to find one in the entire hotel. Other than that, this hotel is just average. Their breakfast is complete and very good. The room is ok but the bathroom is super small. Also, fund the location not to be excelente as I expected.

Great location, and that's about it After a two-week stay at this ratty hotel, I can say with confidence I'll never return. Cons: Scuffs all over the walls, fridge locked upon arrival, thread bare/bleached out/stained towels, shower water leaks into the bathroom floor badly, body wash had a sulfuric smell to it, very noisy even on the higher floors (bring ear plugs), a new sheets/bedding request took >24 hours to fulfill. No major qualms with breakfast (egg bar is fantastic), with one exception. Someone wiping down the counters, while rearranging items with the tongs (touched by all guests), also touched food items directly with the same hand sans gloves. Pros: Staff during the breakfast buffet will help out if you need something, walking distance to many great sights/sounds, no issues with the cooling system. This hotel doesn't provide a four-star experience, and was a disappointment on so many levels. No one is there to: help you with your bags, greet you consistently, or even ask how things were (during check-out). A short stay might be tolerable, but two weeks were very difficult.

AC is awful. Music too loud. Unbearable I’ve stayed here several times but this last one will be my last. Air conditioning didn’t work in both rooms and they tried telling me because the lights were on? The thermostat was set all the way down but the room is at 24 degrees Celsius the entire night. Unbearable. Also on the higher floors ok the weekend all you hear is thumping music until 4A so rest and sleep is not an option if you can survive the terrible heat. Most of the floors are unrenovated and the carpets dirty. Location is great but do not stay here unless you are someone who cannot stay warm and also Helen Keller
