Wedding Weekend Had a great time from check in to check out. Staff was wonderful and we had a great room. On the pool deck, facing the pool. It got cool a few nights because there was shade, but still really nice. Very close in proximity to restaurants in the area. Ubering was also easy. Be careful with the beverages. We didnt drink anything, but used it as a refrigerator. It's automated so it does charge. Had to get that removed from our bill.

Thanks Michael Michael did a great job taking care of us by the beach. Came through in towels and great service. Fun time with the parents. Beach umbrellas were clutch. The view was gorgeous with the buildings behind us. Overall a great vibe for taking a family out to.

Amazing Customer Service This review is specifically for Flor at the front desk. My husband left an item behind after his stay and Flor took every measure to look for it. She called me back multiple times throughout the day to give me status updates and was friendly and reassuring on the phone. Although they weren't able to find it, I am so grateful for her communication and determination to help us, and reassured us if anything turned up she would reach out. She's a fabulous employee that would make me want to return to this hotel.

I do not recommend this hotel I was charged for things I did not use or receive. I did not have a vehicle and was charged for the parking. I explained this to the front desk to where I was argued with and was told they will check the cameras. I find this very rude and will not be staying here. There are many more hotel options in the area.

Nice Stay Had a good one night stay. I'd recommend asking for a renovated room. Those rooms very nicely done and feels more modern. Unfortunately the F&B at the hotel closes really early, I'm sure that's still a residual from COVID but that's what held me back from a 5 star review. I'd recommend this hotel, but try to get a renovated room.
