Customer Service Not Important Just spent last night at this hotel and am booked for another night tonight but would move if I wasn’t part of a tour group. Arrived at 1945 and most restaurants were either too far to walk in the dark or closed. The hotel offered crisps and drinks from a vending machine Wi-fi does not appear to be free as advertised. Staff very rude to guests this morning when asked to replenish the coffee and hot water she responded “I’ll get to it as soon as I can I’m on my own and can only do so much”. Having eventually delivered some coffee she started to tidy the area where the meagre breakfast was served and complained of people not putting their plastic cutlery and paper plates in the rubbish bin. People were but it was full and instead of putting it into on the floor around the bin they left it on the table. The girl has snack concept of guest being paying clients who deserve some level of service

Great stay We were there for 3 nights and we found the front desk & cleaning staff were outstanding during our visit, they were both accommodating and polite. The room was clean and we liked the layout. My only negative feedback would be the couch in our room was not comfortable for me.

Stay Away ! Don't bother. Pay more and stay somewhere else. A few other things . The hotel is run down, needs huge makeover. The Starbucks coffee/bar in lobby hasn't been open in a year. False advertising. Room keys didn't work, constantly asking for new ones. Their was a line at the front desk for news keys, multiple times. Some visitors seem like they live in the hotel. Some have their own BBQs in the parking lot, and leave large amounts of trash in hallway. The lobby was more like their living room for some long term guests. I didn't mind the kids running after midnight or the prank calls to my room. I have children and they've done worse. Bottom line, stay away.

Staff Appreciation Recently stayed at this Sonesta Hotel and was extremely appreciative for the helpfulness of the the staff at Front Desk, both prior to my arrival and during my stay. I called several times to ensure an earlier check-in time...staff was patient, even though they were completely booked, understood my need and instructed how to call back to make it possible. I did and they did. I was pleased and am grateful for the stress relief.
