Pleasant stay Stayed here on the way to Hampden-Sydney College for football. Room was very comfy and clean, easy check in and the free breakfast wasn't too bad. Good location for other food as well. Would definitely stay here again for future football trips.

Rude night staff, horrible pillows, great breakfast and location Pros: location near where our family lives; very clean; updated bedroom decor; great breakfast; good price. Cons: night shift woman was very rude, condescending and bossy upon our check in. Seemed to hate her job. Pillows were the most terrible: hard, rocky and small. Overall, a good place to stay if you are checking in during daylight and bring your own pillows.

Budget friendly hotel Excellent front desk service, but the room was musty and the furniture had not been cleaned. We did not try the breakfast. The location is very convenient to restaurants and shopping. The elevator was very slow to open and I wasn’t comfortable with it’s safety

One night stay No one answers the phone. Attempted to call 3 different times in a 24 hour period and not one call answered. Even called from the room phone no answer. 160$ was way too much for this hotel. Pack and play mattress was not for the pack and play. It belonged to a different unit. Not safe wasn’t able to secure the mattress to the pack and play. Couldn’t reach anyone to ask for a new one either. Very dissatisfied. As a platinum member this was a terrible stay.

Never again Run down and cheap looking. Infested with ants in several rooms. Staff not very friendly. Breakfast buffet a real joke. So bad I never ate there, but went to fast food places nearby for breakfast. Entire hotel needs renovations, but may be too late to clean it up.
