A little tired Stayed in a 2 level townhouse which gave lots of space. Sofa a little tired and quite a noisy place but the rooms had everything you need : fridge, small bottle of water, slippers, robe, shampoo etc. The breakfast was sparse with limited healthier options and no butter or peanut butter for toast (only cream cheese or jam). 5 minutes walk from Del Monte shopping centre which has loads of dining options and retail outlets. Overall not a bad place but could use updating.

Outrageous pricing, aging room, & an injury. Good location. Was in town for a wedding and booked a regular king room with fireplace for two nights. We arrived very late at 3AM & they were accommodating since I informed them ahead of time. Gentleman at the front desk was polite and service was fine. Two star rating is because of the outrageous price for a very mediocre/aging room, not to mention an injury happened. We paid about $600 for two nights. The room was very bland & when we first walked in, there was a full toolbox and sealed bathroom sink drain placed right next to the coffee machine - pretty unsanitary. I guess maintenance forgot to take these with them after some fixing? I didn’t even bother letting the front desk know because it was 3 in the morning & I wanted to sleep. The bathroom walls and flooring were peeling and in bad shape. Then, I slipped and fell in the bathtub because of how slippery the bathtub’s floor is. I landed on the ledge & my forearm broke my fall. I’m bruised up pretty bad, but luckily I didn’t hit my head. After falling, I found out there was a mat provided to put in the bathtub to prevent slipping, but kinda wish it was in there to begin with if it’s that obvious the floors are slippery. Parking very limited & only for guests. After the wedding we attended, even though we were guests, the entire lot was filled with cars, so we didn’t have a spot for a bit. Very disappointing. I would definitely not return, and I would stay at any other property in the area (there’s an abundance) that offers pricing that make sense with better upkeep.

Average stay but needs improvement The good: king rooms were a nice size. Had a gas fireplace. Nice robes and disposable slippers. But: Beds and pillows were very hard. Rooms seemed tired and in need of some updates. Cracked sink, tile showers that seemed dirty. No daily housekeeping - which I don't blame them as there were no working elevators (although we overheard workers joking about it). I had two king rooms that were not the same, one of the rooms lacked a sofa with only a small chair. Had a small patio but it was shared between two rooms so would have been awkward if you didn't know the others. But really no view anyway. Very close to a busy intersection so heard a lot of sirens. Breakfast is pretty minimal but as advertised. Pool was warm, hot tub did not have running jets. But there were towels There are a couple of outdoor fireplaces that needed cleaning but the seating was missing any cushions. I think at one point this was a nice place but they need to keep it up. I would consider this more of a two star hotel on par with the others on the street.

Nice hotel for a short stay Stayed here for one night in one of the townhouse rooms (downstairs with Murphy bed & couch, king bed upstairs) and we were pleasantly surprised with the room. There were 2 full baths and nice for one night after road tripping down route 1. Upstairs had a ceiling fan but still stayed a little too warm to comfortably sleep up there as the air did not reach up their very well. It was a plain room and you can tell it is older but the staff at check in & check out were friendly. The elevator was out so we had to carry up luggage up to the 3rd floor. They have a small parking garage to park in as well. Overall the stay was nice and we had a beautiful sunset over the pool area. We did not spend a lot of time at the hotel but worked for our short stay.

Disappointing....Do Not Recommend Disappointing!!! Do NOT believe the pictures on the website. The property is old, tv in the room did not work for a full day, headboards looked disgusting, bathroom had black mold spots on the ceiling in the shower and all around the flooring of the bathtub and door was filthy, moldy, and disgusting! Table lamps in the room flickered non-stop while they were on. The pool was cold and the spa was too hot. NO towels poolside like to photos show, poolside tables & chairs worn and do not look strong enough to hold an adult. Walls inside our room had gashes and something icky stuff to one area. Air conditioner fan was extremely loud when on making it difficult to sleep but you needed it on because the room was so humid. Small patio was overgrown with weeds. DO NOT RECOMMEND this place and the owners should be sited for the lack of upkeep.
