Forgotten / Stolen blouse. I forgot an $80 dollar blouse and immediately contacted the front desk. They confirmed they had located it and would hold for me for my next visit. Today I was told they can’t find it and Mgmt will not speak to me. Horrible theft and poor service

Pleasently suprised I was pleasantly surprised to find a room that was big, clean, and comfortable. The location is excellent, and you get what you pay for. However, the hotel parking space doesn't look safe and it smelled like trash (there was trash), and the lobby restroom was very old and worn down. I thought it was going to be the same with the room. The room had a nice view. I'd go back again if I went for one night. The check-in took a long time. Please find more employees for busy times.

Nice place, bad service La habitación muy buena, limpia y cómoda, buena ubicación pero la atención al cliente muy mala. No regresaría The room was really good, it was clean, good location, but the guest attention service was really poor. I wouldn’t return

Regular expirence I did stay at two different rooms, in one there wasn´t hands towell and the room wasn´t too clean, in the other didn´t have hands towel, watter, ironing table. At nogth someone drop water at the elevator, I told the recepcionist, but in the morning it was completely dirty because no one clean it.

good experience clean rooms, efficient elevators, enough to rest in a business trip, if ou need parking space, you have it. The people at front desk are gently kind, I would repeat the experience, in addition to get back with my wife.
