So nice and quiet! We had short notice on Easter weekend and were pleasantly surprised to find a room of this quality and price still available..plus we have dogs…not an easy task at the last minute. Every front desk person we encountered was pleasant and helpful…heck, even the other guests were a joy to meet! The room (2queens) was sooooooo comfortable…we were right by the stairs on the 3rd floor which was great for getting our dogs out quickly (and quietly). We slept in each morning so we didn’t get to experience the breakfast but that’s ok. The only thing odd was the hot water wasn’t hot…it was more tepid…possible to take a shower but just not hot by any stretch of the imagination. We’d definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Hampton Inn It's a hampton inn so one knows what to expect. Staff is friendly and most know what they're talking out so very helpful if needed. Hotel itself is a different situation, definitely needs an update. Loose panels in the elevator, stains on the carpet, water temp is difficult to control, etc. All little things but they add up.

Loud music and dirty, felt like a Motel 6 Loud music with bumping bass plays until 10pm. We stopped here on our way to Florida and just wanted to rest up before another day of travel. Noise from other guests last until about 1:00am. We weren’t very rested. It also felt dirty and gross.

Hot water not working for both nights. Reportedly the entire second floor was out. Hot water was not working. We tried multiple rooms. We were told that the entire second floor did not have hot water. We were relocated without improvement. This was unacceptable and severely failed to meet the Hampton Inn brand standards.

A staff who truly embodies customer service Plenty of parking, rooms are in good shape, coffee and breakfast wonderfully presented. The star of this hotel, however, is the staff. From check-in to check out every interaction I had with the staff was wonderful. I stay in hotels 30 to 40 weeks a year and I’ve never written a review like this. The cleaning staff was thorough and very courteous. The front desk staff was amazing! My reservation was not set up correctly for the length I had planned to stay and I did not realize Until the day, my reservation had me checking out. They were able to accommodate me extending my reservation And did so with wonderful customer service! In addition, I did the math wrong on how much change I would need to do laundry, and when there wasn’t change in the front desk drawer, the front desk made change for me from her own purse! Literally, every interaction I have with staff from cleaning to maintenance to the front desk has been a wonderful experience!
