Avoid it if you can One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in (and I frequently travel for work). Stains all along the ceiling and walls. Shower curtain had holes in it and rust along the edges. When we arrived no one was at the front desk but the phone was ringing. Waited for 10mins for someone to show up (meanwhile phone continued to ring). Bad service, no upkeep to rooms.

Worst Hotel I’ve Ever Been In!!!! My family and friends came to this hotel in high hopes for a soccer tournament and those were absolutly blemished, when we entered this hotel. Firstly it was VERY dirty, there was dust all over the place, cracks in the walls, and mold in the bathroom. It REEKED, and the manager was one of the rudest people I’ve ever met. She was racist and ruined my stay overall. My friends and family don’t speak English very well and she was rude to them. I don’t recommend!!!

Dirty We always stay at Holiday Inn Express’s - this however was the worst ever. Nothing is clean, floors, showers, lobby, down stairs restrooms, vending machine was leaking water all over the floor & it was leaking through the walls and smelled like MILDEW - the staff just sits in the hotel lobby couches and just complains about everything and everyone - save your money

Not what we expected based on the photos on the website… We walked in to the room and immediately were overcome by the smell of cigarettes (some in my family are allergic). The computer chair was ripped apart, the refrigerator broken, cigarette burns all over the curtains and room, many outlets didn’t work and metal lamps were rusted, ac sounded like it was a plane landing and then I stepped in a circle of wet, yellow something (dog pee?). Never again…
