La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Mt. Laurel - Philadelphia

A great place to stay Agree with other good reviewers. I had very little problems at this hotel. It was very affordable at $79 on a Tuesday night Easy quick check in lots of parking a McDonald’s walking distance away in the same area. Hotel was very modern and my room was clean smelled brand new and huge. Samsung TV microwave and refrigerator bed was clean and comfortable Do agree that they need more towels in the bathroom if you are staying with a family or several nights. I was there just one night so the 2 bath towels one washcloth was fine for me One other minor gripe is the pet thing. I had a nearby room with a annoying barking dog Perhaps you should accommodate one floor for pet owners so they can all be on the same floor. But I was impressed with my room the location and the cost. All very good

My horrible experience with La Quinta We had a horrible experience with the management due to our error making reservations. We were making reservations for our family reunion, and made a reservation at the hotel in Moorestown. We found out it was the incorrect location that was 45 minutes away. The hotel would not refund our payment or transfer the reservation. We did end up staying in the second location thankfully.

Great experience The hotel is super clean, safe, super quiet, and nice breakfast!! Staff was really nice. My only gripe, was that we didn’t have enough towels! I had to keep asking towels and I had to keep asking for tissue too! They were nice but to think I had to keep asking. Other than that my stay was great and I recommend this hotel!

Lipstick fixes..… Stayed here as a family as we were traveling from WI to digger land with our two boys. The hotel has been updated...by someone who it appears dodnt have quality craftsmanship. Staff were very pleasent and location was safe and close to stores and restaurants. The outlets only work on switch. One switch controls all lights in room so you cannot have any ambient light if others in the family are still sleeping. The plank flooring is coming apart. Baseboard trim isn't tacked back to wall. Paint job is unfinished. Patched holes still not painted over. Cleanliness is less than ok and has room for improvement. With the vinyl floor it needs a solid mopping. Baseboards need to be cleaned as they are so dusty. Furniture should be moved to be swept around. Breakfast is not standard for any la Quinta. Yougurt, hard boiled eggs, a couple peices of fruit, assorted breads and cereal. They had breakfast sandwiches you could microwave them but they wouldn't really stock them and guy had to ask. Wish they had waffles. They'd only put apples and oranges out and you could ask for bananas they kept in the back. Overall stay was OK but this location has some improvements to help quickly improve a customers ROI in there stay.

Clean, convenient but certainly not focused on customer satsifaction This is a review for the Hamptone Inn and Suites in Mt Laurel , PA, across the street from RCBC. Terrific location if you are working at or looking at Rowan College which is directly across the street! Rooms spotless. Good selection of restaurants nearby. Business center by the elevators leads you to believe the computers work and perhaps you can print or at least print out your boarding pass. Wrong! Computers don't work, printers have "never" worked, and front desk clerk had to call manager to get permission to print out my boarding pass (6 am flight next day) !! I ended up going down the street to La Quinta - they could not have been more helpful - and their computers and printers worked! There is not a single extra frill here - just the basics! For the price you can stay at other Hampton Inn's. Staff did not interact with guests at all. Mot friendly. I watched several guests try to interact with front desk staff - unsuccessful at best. Just doin' their job, I guesss. Will not stay here again
