Just go to the Marriot next door We had planned to use the Holiday INN for my daughters wedding . When we realized that the price of the room was $50 cheaper to book through the hotel web site rather then our block we called the hotel to ask if we misunderstood the contract. Well we called a few times left a few messages via email and phone and had the same contract emailed back to us. HUH???? I just needed to have a conversation with the manager. We never spoke to the manager and pulled out of the hotel . I explained in my emails that we will mostly likely have 30 rooms occupied and I wanted to plan a breakfast for 50 people . Never heard back. Communication is poor and there is no customer service .

DO NOT BOOK YOUR STAY HERE!!! If you are considering this hotel for any special events, wedding blocks, and things of this nature, RUN! I’ve worked in customer service for years and ive never encourated such horrible service. I had booked a wedding block here and immediately had to cancel when my guests realized they were being charged more as guests under my wedding than if they were to book directly through the hotel website. The price to book under my wedding block was $70 more than what the hotel was charging. When we originally met with the sales rep and signed our contract for the block of rooms we were ensured that our guests would be charged the price on the website, not more. I reached out to this rep and it turns out she no longer works for the company. When we called the hotel for another rep to speak with they put us on the phone with someone who had only been with the company for 2 weeks and had no idea what they were doing. This rep ensured us her boss would answer our calls and respond to our emails with an answer about the room price discrepancy. After leaving SEVERAL voicemails and sending SEVERAL emails we waited and never heard back! Eventually we got in contact with someone from the corporate office who basically told us that there was nothing they could do to help and that our guests are free to book rooms elsewhere. We never got a an answer as to why the rooms were more expensive nor did anyone try to find a solution to the discrepancy. DO NOT STAY HERE! If you have a problem or a question they staff will just ignore you or tell you to go to another hotel. This hotel does not care about your stay or your guests stay and will willingly give up business! Try the Marriott across the street! The staff has been nothing but wonderful, the rooms are nicer, and your stay comes with breakfast.

Not so nice place My daughter was married at WaterLoo Village first of all communication was terrible with my the manager they ghosted my daughter and wouldn't get back to her or her husband about bar being opened for the after party for guests totally stressing them out . Place is a little run down our room was clean but the hotel smelled like sewer. One of the bridal party's room toilet overflowed. My son in law went to the grooms room only to find his stuff being emptied out first of all it wasn't check out time and he never checked out so why touch his belongings. We thought his room was going to be comped they did for one night they should have done for both nights. I would stay at the Marriott next door it looks new and has a free breakfast maybe treats their brides and grooms better. The girls at the front desk were wonderful and helpful.

A low-key surprise Nice place in an out-of-the-way location. Clean; quiet; very comfortable bed. One great plus is Karen, the cook at their all-you-can-eat ($15) breakfast buffet. I never order an omelet out because I get served a runny mess. Karen gave me exactly what I asked for. Also, the buffet had ripe blackberries. Not those look-good/tasteless display ones; ripe and sweet. I'd actually recommend the place for breakfast even if you weren't staying there. But the place was really nice, friendly personnel and all. I recommend it.
