Great room and great Service. Had a great stay. Had great stay. I stayed with my wife, kid and parents. The suite was amazing and very budget friendly. It had 2 bedrooms with a tv and king size bead each. The living room was complete with a tv and sofas, dining table. It had full kitchen with utensils and appliances. It was right in front of the beach with deck to view the beach and sunrise.

Affordable vacation location Very affordable. Great value. Wonderful staff. Oceanfront location. Minutes from the ocean. Within walking distance of several restaurants and frozen treats. We have stayed here multiple times and plan to return next month and next summer.

Nice Very clean simple hotel perfect for families. Right on the beach. Very nice pool that is also very clean and very nice staff. We really enjoyed both of our rooms that our large family shared and you can’t beat the location right next to the pier

Wonderful. Didn't want to leave. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly. If we had a problem they took care of it immediately with no delays. The only issue is the parking but that is trivial to me. It had a wonderful time and I would stay again. I would also recommend to other friends and family to stay at The Colonial Inn.

Not what it seems. So the pro's are it is on the beach and the room was clean. But do not waste your $$ on an "oceanfront" room thinking you are gonna see any ocean from inside the room. The best you will do is see the water from the lil sun deck. To actually see the water you have to go over the dunes. There were rooms with the beer bottles lined up outside the door, and cups for their cigarettes. Very tight parking. The kiosk that connects you to whatever country is not a great idea, had to call the # twice to get someone to actually show up to the front desk. The ceiling was bulging in the bathroom, and the shower is small. I had reward $ from Hotels.com so it didn't cost me much. I am NOT a Hilton/Marriot type of guest but this place was not worth the $65 I paid (after the $120 in rewards).
