Nice stay night before Thanksgiving Stayed here for an overnight stop on trip headed to Everglades. Stayed in room 135 on first floor near exit. Found location conveniently located off I-75 in quiet area. Traffic was a bit tough getting into place during rush hour. Restaurant selection adjacent to hotel slim. Good walk ability around hotel for exercisers. Staff was extremely cordial and responsive to our needs during our stay, Great complimentary breakfast served. Ample parking space. Clean rooms and throughout hotel. Great choice if looking for accommodations in Naples area.

Disappointed The rooms were very uncomfortable. You can feel the humidity in the room and the sheets were damp from the moisture. The room smelled wet and damp. The tiles reeked of cleaning solution. Lamp shades were ripped. Will not return again to this property.

Estafa That hotel is a scam. I was only at the hotel for 8 hours and they charged me three times for my card transaction. Terrible hotel. I don't recommend them. They are scammers. I have called their number a thousand times and they don't give me an answer.

Horrified!!! I was at this location last week for 2 night and my room was infested with BEDBUGS!!! I woke up the second morning and saw a little bug crawling on the bed, so when I smashed it with a tissue, I realized it was full of blood….i pulled down the covers on the bed and realized my bed, and where i was sleeping was covered in them, on my pillow, etc. I have been trying to call Hampton/Hilton to report this and NOONE will respond. If I do get in contact with someone, they hang up on me. I had to throw all my clothes away, my new suitcase….i am NOT taking a chance of bringing this problem into my home and thank God i saw this so I could take the precautions. When I called the front desk to report it, the lady said “we will adjust your bill” and then she left several garbage bags outside my door….she obviously knew about them, and was NOT surprised by it…since then, no one has followed up with me. They really need to close down until they get this issue resolved. I would NOT stay there ever again under any circumstances….BEWARE if you are and check your room!!

Beware of MOLD, and the GM - Lindsey Harry The hotel is full of mold After staying for an extended period of time, I found a huge patch of mold on the ceiling and walls. They quickly moved me to another room, which I thought was acceptable, despite the fact that they knew I was staying because my condo had mold and I am dealing with severe mold poisoning. I had to make 7 trips to move my son and my belongings to a different floor, alone. But before 9:00AM the next morning, I was awoken by a nasty call from the GM, who said they moved me to the wrong room and I had to get out of it immediately and move again No customer service. - not once did she even apologize for the inconvenience or the mold. I went downstairs to express how upset I was and I was told if I didn’t like it, I could leave. Lindsey Harry, the manager, refused to cancel the rest of my stay without charging me a cancellation fee! Bottom line: I had to move rooms multiple times due to moldy walls. Avoid this hotel. It’s a moldy mess. There are commercial dryers running non stop, so they are obviously aware of the situation. The manager has no customer service skills and gets nasty and rude if you try to reason with her. Because I was at the front desk and mentioned mold in front of other guests checking in, she had the nerve to call the police on me. I had spent thousands of dollars there while dealing with my condo, and certainly expected a little more compassion and respect from the staff.
