President First time staying at the Union Station and it was a good experience. I travel to Nashville often and look forward to finding a place I can relax and enjoy a good beverage. I ended having the best experience at the Union Station having beverages because of Lauren!!! Lauren is an outstanding bartender and has quite the following. She was very friendly and treated everyone with respect and took the time to speak with all her customers. Most importantly she made and suggested some of the best drinks I’ve ever had. I’ll be coming back for sure and hopefully Lauren will be bartender. True Professional!!!!!!!

Union station was a great place to stay. We had a group of 16 friends stay here for an annual weekend trip. It was great. Pretty much. I loved my room but it did have an occasional train go by. That added to the the ambiance generally but it did happen once in the middle of the night. The location was out of the craziness to downtown but close enough to walk to. The food at the restaurant bar was very good. Staff handling of our group was really excellent. Treated very well. The star of the show was Lauren the bar tender. Perfect personality for her job. We can back to the bar for nightcaps after dinners and she made the experience very pleasant. Happy, delightful to speak to and educational as to Tennessee whiskey. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay.

Way overpriced My sister and I stayed here last Friday and Saturday night, paying over $600/night. The foyer is beautiful and full of history. Our room was nicely decorated but small with 2queen beds. There were no chairs except for a desk chair. The bathroom was nice but small. There were USB PORTS on the night stand but did not work. Also we had to ask for clean towels since they only clean rooms every other day. We ate breakfast there the morning we were checking out. Very strange. No dining area. There were three tables in the foyer and that was it. We ordered breakfast…sausage undercooked. And no breakfast wasn’t included… it was extra. If one wants to pay over $600/night, I would suggest The Omni or Grand Hyatt. One more thing… I left my ear pods in my room and amazingly they were turned in. They mailed them to me via FedEx, and yes I had to pay shipping. My sister and I were extremely disappointed and would not recommend this hotel

Fun couples getaway wknd in Music City! Highly recommend this hotel for many reasons - the location, architecture and most importantly the staff and service. We arrived early on Friday morning and the hotel had offered to keep our luggage while we explored the city. Janine at the front desk did even better and found us rooms to check-in and freshen up well before check-in time. Yusuf at the valet provided helpful tips on how to get to our famous lunch spot and was always ready if we needed help with an Uber or directions. The bar is beautiful and provides great cocktails and munchies. Special shout-out to Mo who made us bloody marys and mimosas on our check-out day and provided excellent conversation. Tyrone at the front desk was very helpful on check-out day both over the phone and in person and extended our checkout time. Josh at valet helped secure our bags so we could enjoy our final day in Nashville. The rooms are modern with beautiful artwork. The rainfall shower was the best! Cappuccinos from the bar in the morning were the perfect pick-me-up after late nights on Broadway.

2nd night of road trip This is a beautiful hotel within walking distance to downtown Nashville. It’s a renovated train station and its just lovely. The bar in the lobby area is very nice and breakfast in the bar area is also very good. The room was lovely and all in all a wonderful place to stay.
