Good stopping point. Stopped over on our way out of Oklahoma City to Houston. Room was Hilton quality, very roomy and comfortable. The offered breakfast was good. Location is near many restaurants. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Good stopping point. Was welcomed as Hilton Honors member. Would stay here again if in the area.

Not good! !. My room was given to another guest. The hotel could at least verify the name on the reservation. Perhaps they need to ask for identification to match the correct guest with a similar last name. In my case, I have two last names and the gender was different from that of the guest given my room. So, the clerk has to see if he has a room ready for me. Problem is, I have a medical concern and needed immediate access upon check in, which is why I had been preassigned that room number. 2.There were dirty towels hanging on the rack next to the sink. Although they were neatly folded. 3. Empty shower gel container. Just how many guests have to use that gel before the bottle is empty. clearly it had not been checked. 4. Came back to the room and discovered the room had not been cleaned. 5. So, now I know why there were dirty towels and the empty shower gel container. 6. I thought there were supervisors who checked to ascertain the housekeeping assignments had been correctly done. 7. Apparently not! Just how many times has the room not been cleaned after guests? Please do not offer insincere apology, citing busy weekend with a lot of out of town guest for the university graduation as an excuse. I sincerely hope my next pre-booked stay with this hotel chain lives up to the expected level of service I have been accustomed to receiving from this hotel chain.

A poor excuse for a Hilton Garden Inn At check in, the “Asst General Manager” was very rude! She was showing her other two employees that she had AUTHORITY! At dinner for our group, it wasn’t ready at the appropriate time, the chicken was so dry it is like it had been frozen and reheated (and probably was. When our group got halfway through the line, the pasta pan was empty. There were signs for cobbler but no cobbler. After eating , and most of the group was leaving, they brought more pasta. They had brought cobbler while eating but ran out of that too. Entering the lobby area the next morning, I walked by two employees, front desk clerk and the lady taking care of the front food area and neither spoke at all. The ONLY person that was friendly was the cook (I think). But this gentleman also took care of the register. A poor experience and not typical for Hilton Garden Inn. Felt more like a Super 8 experience

On the way from TX Nice and clean hotel. Little on the pricey side. Initially refused free breakfast. Kind of nasty about it. But after I pointed out I am a HH member I got it. Should never have been a question. Good location but a bit hard to get to restaurants there

Updated and Nice The facility seemed to be updated and was clean. The staff was very attentive, and the housekeeping was very good. The room had very good TV, air conditioner, and bath. The foam pillow was in need or replacement, and the bed was nice and firm.
