Awful The place was infested with roaches. We didn’t noticed until the morning when we saw them everywhere in the nightstand and floor. There is shortage of parking space. People smoking weed openly and because the AC is getting fresh air, the smoke gets inside the room. Don’t book this hotel.

Ripped Off DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL THROUGH EXPEDIA. on second thought... DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL AT ALL!! Reserved this hotel through Expedia and prepaid for TWO rooms (Being unrelated and of different genders we absolutely required separate accommodation.) Upon arrival, we were told by the front desk that only ONE prepaid room had been booked, but they would provide a second room IF WE PAID FOR IT. Having already paid for two rooms, paying again was obviously not acceptable. Expedia Customer Service called the hotel desk and confirmed that two rooms had been prepaid, but the hotel staff would not honor the commitment. A single room was useless to us, so we were forced to continue on the road late at night. Infuriatingly, the refund received subsequently was for one room only; Expedia argued that we should have used the single room available -- presumably one of us was supposed to sleep in the car? I am disgusted with both the hotel management and Expedia after this experience. Obviously I cannot comment on the room quality, but the outside appearance of the hotel didn't correspond with the nice-looking online photo, and the lobby wasn't exactly welcoming. Definitely not recommended.

Horrible never ever stay there Please never stay here. They put my husband's life at risk by having gentleman knock on his door with The receptionist, my truck, husband is a truck driver, and when he pulled in there was no cars there was also three other trucks there so they chose him to ask to move his truck which was fine if it was just the receptionist, but it wasn't. She brought the two gentlemen to his door and and proceeded to pounce on his door to ask him to move his truck at 7:30 at night which is not late but if you know anything about truck is that up at 2 AM to be on the road so that was ridiculous instead of courtesy and just calling him to let him know, I did try to speak to the owner and she just did not believe me said I was lying said that you know he must've blocked the car i told her to look at the camera to see he didn't she wouldn't horrible horrible place for families and individuals

Unquality Inn This is a message to Choice Hotels management. I stayed with my family at this hotel but unfortunately got greatly disappointed. When I got to the lobby I thought that we arrived to the right place, nicely maintained and cordially welcomed, but on our way to the room we could tell that something was wrong, one of the rooms with the door open had around 8 people between the inside and outside eating and talking, smoking and drinking, all clearly workers with their orange shirts part of a nearby construction site, which made me wonder if there was any sort of control or monitoring on what is going on around the facility. Past that, close to our room, we could see all trash cans to the top of garbage, furnitures outside, a pile of mattresses and carpets at one area and the smell of weed from one of the rooms that we passed by was profound. The room was not welcoming at all, the sheets looked clean from far but we could see dirt after uncovering. We thought that it was better to sleep without the pillows just in case. The tub floor was broken wobbling, not stable, the shower faucet handle was broken. I thought about checking out and going to another hotel, but we were exhausted after 10 hours of drive. All this was bad enough, but I have to say that I couldn't swallow the $25 pet fee charged to my room for the little 6 lb dog that we had. I understand that dogs can cause damage to furniture, be trouble and soil a room hotel, so I think that it is ok to request a deposit that can be used against any cleaning or repair needed if that is the case, but charge over a quarter of the room fee for the dog to sleep in the room was an insult to me, especially from a hotel of this quality. Quality Inn is banned from my list of hotel options after this unfortunate experience.
