Weekend Getaway Stayed here for a weekend with my sister and her son, we needed a porter crib and was so happy to find out they had one. When we called down they brought it up pretty quick. I always get nervous of those because we know kids are messy, but it was actually very clean so we were happy about that. The whole place was really clean, we enjoyed the lounge area to relax while my nephew walked around to burn some energy before heading up for the night. Blankets and towels smelled nice and fresh and the water pressure in the shower was luxurious. The manager I think Steve was his name was great and very kind with my nephew, he said he has a young child of his own so he gets that sometimes kids just need to be let free to get that extra energy out before bed, breakfast buffet was great! Definitely a kids friendly Hotel.

This stay was OK The stay here was OK; my stay was not as bad as some of the other reviews that I see here on this page. However, my room was pretty warm and it took a long time for it to cool down that evening. Pretty uncomfortable during that time. The service was OK and they did have a breakfast as part of the room package. It was OK. And, it is pretty important to have good Wi-Fi when you are traveling for business and the Wi-Fi was good.

Very comfortable, clean and friendly hotel! I was very pleasantly surprised. The room was immaculate, the staff was very helpful and the general manager Steve was very personable! I travel to Boston often and will now stay here much more often. Reasonable price, good location and a good breakfast buffet. All one could want while away on business.

Great hotel, fantastic stay Stayed here for the night for a concert at Gillette. Rooms were spotless, I called down for extra pillows and they were brought up less than 5 minutes later. We were running late and check in was a breeze, the manager Steve was very kind and helpful with recommendations on where to eat in the area before the show. I felt very safe and was very pleased with my stay. I plan to attend a patriots game in the fall and will absolutely stay here again and recommend anyone to do the same.

Avoid All the previous reviews talking about the A/C issues weren’t kidding! The downstairs breakfast/dinning/lobby was at 85 degrees weather there was 2 people or 10 there. One elevator broke too. They ran out of breakfast items and staff were extremely rude about getting done more making rude comments. Staff were unwilling to provide any change for quarters for the laundry machine and there is not a change machine. We heard them sniggering and laughing about it. The room was spacious and the a/c worked at least. We had 2 towels and no shampoo and staff were rude when we asked for more. The food in the Pub was poor. I would not stay again and the primary reason was the rudeness of staff.
