Bad turned good I booked a trip online to this hotel my accommodation were misrepresented. I was very unhappy. Thanks to Mya who works the front desk got involved and now I am leaving a 5 star review. Mya is the best. She is truly a great employee. I am in business myself and I see every day how employees could care less about the company that they work for. They forget with out customers there is no Job. Mya you are the best.

dirty and smelling hotel this is the worst hotel ever. do not stay here. The room smelt and was very dirty. Went to complain and they said nothing we can do. I could not even take a shower the bathroom was dirty and the towels were dirty. We ended up leaving early. They only care about keeping the front part of hotel clean, the rest is dirty and fallen apart. They do not come in and clean the room for the day. Never stay here, It is miss leading and horrible. Dont get fooled.

Great place with perfect location Checking in was very easy, and the staff was very inviting and helpful. Our room was on the 4th floor with a balcony overlooking the ocean. What more could you ask for right? The location is perfect with plenty of great restaurants nearby, especially Saltwater 75. Their food was absolutely amazing! We will definitely book at Quality Inn Ocean Front again!

In need of some repair The hotel needs repairing. The bathtub had rust spots all over which is gross! The toilet was VERY wobbly and you felt like it was gonna tip over with you on it! The bathroom door stuck and a few times we had to have someone from the outside push on it to let us out. As a rewards member, I asked for a late checkout. They would only do an extra 30 minutes because they said the hotel was full however, I checked the website and it was only 73% full so I feel they just didn’t want to accommodate me. I only wanted a little extra time so that we could leave at noon. They said no, and I left a little unhappy about it. What’s nice about it, it has both an indoor pool and an outdoor pool. The grandchildren loved the parents they have in the atrium. It would be nice if the restaurant opened early for breakfast, but it did not and they do not have a breakfast buffet or any thing for breakfast at all.

Family Friendly: Live Parrots On Deck We got the best deal with arriving late to this hotel (12am) than what we would have ever imagined for a kitchenette suite and the atrium view room was awesome. This is a kid friendly hotel. They have huge colorful parrots on display in the atrium and some were walking around in the atrium. Their is a bar in the atrium area along with two hot tubs, an indoor pool, an outdoor pool and a few arcade games. travelwithk@gmail.com FB travelswithk
