Nice readinable short stay ! Quiet location, but hotel is older but comfortable and doable for a short stay.. Big rooms, comfy beds but bring your own pillows - they are super small! Great variety for the breakfast hot and cold food, cereal muffins , toast, fruit juices hot coffee, tea,...overall a fair value for the money.

Very nice staff, very dirty hotel Do yourself a favor. Spend a little extra and stay somewhere else. While the breakfast is tasty and the staff is nice, the rooms are soooooo dirty. I have stayed in many developing countries and all of them were cleaner than my room at this Orem hotel. Picture stains the size of mud puddles ground into the carpet and curtains with the bottom hem coming undone. Imagine the plugs being broken and not working so you cannot recharge your devices. Visualize such stained, filthy cloth chairs and sofa that you don’t want to think about how it got stained and certainly don’t want to touch it. I’m not a germaphobe but I just don’t want to get slo close to other people’s fluids or whatever they did to leave such gross stains on the furniture. Wonderful staff and good breakfast but that wasn’t worth the ickiness of the room. And don’t get me started about on the elevator and some of the other places that hadn’t been cleaned in I’m not sure how long. Spend a few extra dollars and stay somewhere else or bring a blanket to put a barrier between you and the furniture.

Horrible stay Make yourself a favor and don't stay at this hotel. They won't solve anything, instead they want you to do it. Two days without getting our room done. No clean towels. No coffee. Front desk people lazy, they work for the check, not to provide a services.

Disastrous Experience at Gage Rossman’s Managed Location If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The management, led by Gage Rossman, deserves nothing less. During my stay, I encountered a nightmare scenario. While using the bathroom, I heard the toilet flush upstairs. Moments later, water started raining down from the vent and light fixtures in the bathroom. It was as if the plumbing had decided to stage a revolt. I promptly called the front desk to report the issue. Their response? A mere apology for the “water leak.” No action was taken. I persisted, asking repeatedly for Gage, the manager. To my surprise, I learned that he doesn’t even show up to work until noon. After multiple calls, I finally reached Gage. His attempt to convince me that it was a minor water leak fell flat. When I mentioned I had photographic evidence, he hung up on me. Clearly, customer service is not a priority at this location. But that’s not the worst part. I suspect they won’t address the sewage issue in the ceiling. As a restoration contractor from Arizona, I know exactly what kind of microbes will be thriving up there. It’s a health hazard waiting to happen. Avoid this place at all costs!
