Absolutely brilliant fully equipped room in great location Just returned after 4 weeks at this amazing property we live in the uk and loved this resort Outstanding location we walked to seaworld free transportation to there major attractions Clean tidy lovely staff and beautiful grounds Hot pool hot tub and children's playground Fantastic food onsite at the hotel owned calypso bar and grill beer prices top value We had the two bedroom suite You get so much two large bedrooms king size bed plus 2 bed second room Fully equipped kitchen with 4 burner top full size fridge microwave coffee pot toaster sink dishwasher grill Longe area with internet linked smart tv we had netflix prime on etc sofa bed and chair with 4 seater dining table in the open plan Two bathrooms both with showers hairdryers incredible Balcony outside for relaxing with two chairs and table Ive stopped on idrive and none compare to the facilities we had here Top of drive lynx local bus stop and tourist idrive trolleys have stops available I used the onsite gym most days again super treadmill bike cross train machine weights etc We had a phenomenal time and wish to thank sll concerned at the premises for the care kindness and support throughout our 4 weeks Totally recommend will be going back in November

Quite good Location: 5/5, Atmosphere 3/5, Safety 4/5, Housekeeping: 1/5 Super well located, good value for money, and great service at front desk. I chose the more dated rooms and they were quite good, properly equipped and quite clean. I had an issue with housekeeping. They went through my things and ruined something. I didn't report it, but I put the "do not disturb" sign and stopped tipping.

Quiet Resort in excellent. Location ride Bus stop outside Quiet, well run resort in an excellent location with an I ride bus stop directly outside . The resort pool is a little small with a few beds but it’s quiet and well maintained withba 24hr gym. Resort also has an on site restaurant called Calypso on site. Happy Hour 3-7pm Staff running this restaurant are very friendly and very helpful. Most of the food on the menu is made from scratch. Great selection of freshly made cocktails. Good nightly entertainment, belly dancing comedy club and music, which is a nice addition to this resort .

Excellent Service, Dated Rooms, WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! I checked in to this hotel on Friday evening after a very unpleasant experience at another property. I was relocated to this property by Hotels.com and check in was excellent. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and check in was very simple. I believe Isabella was my agent? We ended up being placed in a 2 bedroom suite and the rooms were comfortable and spacious. The men we had to get our parking passes from were a bit pushy with the sales pitch but they have a job to do so no issues there. If you don't want to, say no thank you and stand firm. They'll be alright. I will say the room was a bit dated, worn, and could use some TLC, but it got the job done! The restaurant attached was convenient and some of the food was decent, staff was equally as kind and the belly dancing performance was a lot of fun. The food did take a really long time to arrive so half of my party had to leave since it was over an hour wait for spaghetti BUT the waiter was accommodating so I had no issue whatsoever. Overall, great spot if you want the 'airbnb' feel with hotel amenities. Excellent location and affordable as well.
