Clean and spacious rooms I stayed there in March 2024. It is a suite and a room is so spacious and clean. There is free shuttle from airport directly to the hotel so it is convenient. It is close by some good restaurant and I tried Longhorn steakhouse nearby which is very good. Staffs are helpful and friendly.

Fits max 3 not 4 It's okay. It's small for a suite. The sofa coach is for one. It syas 4 to a room but that's not possible. Front desk told us the we site has an issue that incorrectly says 4 when the sofa bed can only fit one, so this is an ongoing issue. The shuttle has at least one other drop off so it takes a few more minutes to and from. Not dedicated to this location.

Needs improvement I’ve stayed at another Staybridge and loved it, but this one needs some work! I never understand why hotel owners don’t make it a priority to keep their rooms updated. This one needs some major updates, from the doors to the bathrooms, it just looks and feels dirty all around. We asked to be moved, but they were sold out. The outside of the hotel is ok. The breakfast is good (they need an extra waffle maker) having just one doesn’t work. The staff is very nice and attentive. If they make the investment it can make a huge difference.

Excellent Customer Service, Will Stay Here Again My husband and I stayed here for two nights at the end of May 2024 and were very satisfied with this establishment. From beginning to end, each hotel staff member we interacted with (front desk, manager, breakfast attendant, housekeeping) was courteous, helpful, cheerful, and took extra steps to ensure our stay was pleasant. In this group of people providing great customer service, concierge Ryan was a standout. In addition to the attributes listed above, he was also efficient and fast, with a side helping of a wicked quick sense of humor. I’m not great at remembering names, but I remember his, which goes to show what a great impression he made upon me. I wish he had been on duty when we checked out so we could have properly thanked him in person. Now for the hotel: The room was clean and fully stocked. The bathroom toiletries are Dove brand (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, body lotion). We asked for extra towels the next morning and they were delivered almost immediately. The shower had hot water and good water pressure, with a massage option that came in handy when rinsing my long hair. There is a small sundries shop next to the front desk. It’s a bit pricey, but not as bad as several other hotels I’ve stayed in. You can pay in the shop with a debit card, or you can pay the front desk staff. The few negatives are minor. The volume on the television in the bedroom would not go below 10 for some reason, so when I wanted to hear lower volume, I muted it and turned on the television in the living room area. This hotel is due for a refurbishing. I realize it’s expensive to refurbish a hotel, but I’d recommend at a minimum they have the carpets in the hallways professionally cleaned. They didn’t smell bad, but also didn’t smell fresh. Finally, gather your patience for the elevators; they are slow. We arrived in time for the social hour (M/T/W 5:30 – 7:00pm) and enjoyed free wine (beer was also available) and the best pigs in a blanket I’ve ever had. The “blanket” was very flaky, like a croissant. The only other food option was spinach dip with flatbread/pita bread, but hey, it’s free! Breakfast was similar to what many other hotels offer for a free hot breakfast, no better, no worse – except for the attendant, who was very nice and prepared waffles for guests so they could peruse the other options and fill their plates while their waffles were cooking. Breakfast included several types of bagels and breads for toasting, three dry cereals, granola, several types of yogurts, bananas, oranges, apples, strawberry topping for the plain yogurt, butter, cream cheese, jam, honey, syrup, hot sauce, coffee with several types of creamer to choose from, several types of hot tea, hot chocolate, juices, soda machine, etc. The hot breakfast changed daily: For our two mornings there, one day had mini cheese omelets, hash browns, pork sausage patties and chicken sausage links, and the other morning had scrambled eggs (my husband said this was made from powdered eggs) and bacon. Coffee is available 24/7, and there is cucumber water in the hallway near the elevator most of the time. If we ever travel to Orlando again, we will make reservations at this property.

Great stay with spacious rooms Excellent experience. Rooms are very spacious with plenty of storage. The hotel is very clean. The rooms are not cleaned daily as this is an extended stay but they will bring towels, etc. The breakfast had a good selection. All of the staff have been exceptionally friendly. The location is fantastic. You can walk to many restaurants. It’s also very easy to drive to numerous stores and restaurants without going on the main highway. I like this area a lot more than international drive where we previously stayed.
