Good stop This was a nice clean hotel, reasonably priced although I did not have much opportunity to compare to others as I was just passing through. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the soft sheets. The location is good off I24 but a bit difficult to find even with my GPS map, the front entrance faces away from the driveway, seemed a bit awkward. I did not know about the $3.99 charge that appeared on my credit card. From reading another review I guess it's "standard energy fee"? What does that mean really? Why extra fees? just add it into the price of the room.

Good facility, but poor service The hotel was clean, parking lot well-lit. Convenient location off 1-24 for travelers. The breakfast selection was not so great. The juice machine did not work. There were two different kinds of cereal, but no milk. I observed a customer asking the breakfast attendant about why there was dry cereal but no milk. She did not speak English and just smiled at him and said, “No.” So the only breakfast beverage available was coffee, water, and hot tea. The hot food, eggs, biscuits, etc., were ok. But other offerings such as muffins, bagels, etc. was depleted. Not much to choose from, and this was well before the closing time of 9:00.

Unmentioned additional fees Still don't understand why room rate was $10.00 for the same day of the week one week later (Stayed twice) Did not appreciate being charged 3.99 for energy which I think was for use of charge card- was not mentioned at all at check-in. 800 number was most unhelpful when I called to inquire about this

Conventional Comfort inn. Large rooms, typical hotel. Nice big rooms with separate sitting area. Two televisions, one in each area. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our last night stay on this trip. I like the split bathroom concept. Breakfast was conventional hotel breakfast. The staff was nice at check in. I didn't see anyone at check out. We slept pretty good although they were giving tornado warnings.

Pleasant Stay We were just passing through and chose the Comfort Inn for the night. Staff here were great! Super friendly and very accommodating. The hotel itself is getting dated but was exceptionally clean. Breakfast had a lot of choices and plenty of sitting area. We would definitely stay here again.
