Hotel Keen! Very comfortable and clean! We loved the shower so much, we wanted to bring it home with us. Friendly and responsive staff. The hotel is within walking distance to restaurants and shops and is also so close to Stanford University. Highly recommended! We had a great stay!

Well-situated and friendly hotel in Palo Alto A very comfortable room with a decent shower and friendly staff. A good range of breakfast for a small place, but also a great location for places to eat Palo Alto and only a 25-min walk to Stanford University. Visit the Stanford movie theatre round the corner on University Ave when you're there - only $7 for a double feature, cheap refreshments and an organist in the interval!

Good location, some flaws Location was convenient. Rooms were small, but clean however, we stayed for three nights, and not once was our Room cleaned or amenities such as towels replaced. We had to ask the front desk for more towels, No trash that accumulated over three days was never empty. Otherwise, enjoyed the stay.

Happy camper here!! We’ve been having excessively high temperatures here in the Bay Area and due to that I think maybe I was part of the rolling blackout at home. We lost power, it was off for hours, which meant no fan working and unfortunately, I have to sleep during the day because I’m working at night. So, I went to Hotel , but I’m extremely familiar with, Hotel Keen in Palo Alto and checked into room there. It was so cool in the lobby when I walked in and then once I was checked in, and I went into my room, oh my goodness, imagine my surprise after being in my home that was stifling hot with no air movement to going into my hotel room where it was nice and cool, dark and AC is going… Instant relief! The room was perfect size for me, clean, everything in its place and wonderful! The staff was fabulous and extremely accommodating. I highly recommend Hotel Keen in Palo Alto for your stay.

Awful Rude front desk girl at check in. Was charged more for our stay when we checked in than the amount written in our email confirmation.
