Very Clean! I was very pleased with our stay! The room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom wasn’t tiny. The shower pressure was great. The a/c worked great. We are usually Hilton property people and I was very impressed with the cleanliness and space of our room.

Poor Management/ Customer Service Management unwilling to adequately resolve illegal/unsafe activities for family environment. Had to leave in middle of night (when safe to do so). There was a massive fight/domestic disturbance and when reported to the front desk (at 2am) the employee said “what do you want me to do about it”. The fight went on until 4:30am, which is when we left. I spoke to the front desk manager and general manager and I was told that things get crazy during spring break. We requested a full refund for 1 night, but the managers were not able to do a full refund. WE WILL NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL OR ANY SLEEP INN BY CHOICE HOTELS EVER AGAIN.

RUDE OBNOXIOUS DISINTERESTED DESK CLERK I called the Sleep Inn this morning trying to reach my husband to notify him of a death in the family. The front desk clerk said she wouldn't connect me without his room number. I told her that I didn't know said number but provided her with the online reservation/confirmation number provided by the Sleep Inn . Her tone of voice conveyed annoyance, impatience, arrogance and as well as hostility towards me. Perhpas it was the end of a long shift...After several requests she reluctantly took the confirmation number and put me on hold. She never got back to me and I would probably still be on hold as I type. Perhaps the Inn's rooms and amenities are good, But after dealing with the desk clerk, the representative of Sleep Inn , during a family crisis, I opted to leave one star. My husband indicated that all Sleep Inn staff appeared to be complying with COVID protocol and that the coffee and bagels are OK.

One night stay before checking into our condo Clean and close to the beach. Short drive to everything you need. Much cheaper than on the beach and not far to drive. Left my phone in the room and housekeeper ran out to car to bring it to me. Happened so fast that I wish I had given a reward or at least gotten her name.

A pretty decent place to stay We got a great deal on this hotel and wanted to hit up the beach for a few days. Maybe worth 3.5 stars. We had a King suite on the 4th floor and the room was decent sized with a walkin shower, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc. The hotel itself could've been cleaner, but overall wasn't bad. Due to Covid-19 the continental breakfast is basically some pop tarts and coffee. Staff doesn't come into your room, so you have to go downstairs to get new towels or track down a cleaning cart. The ice maker didn't work on our floor, so I had to go downstairs everyday to get ice. The pool and pool area is small as well. The good parts are the rate, location, and mattresses were comfortable. It's less than a 5 minute drive to beach access and less than 10 minutes to St. Andrew's State Park. Within walking distance are a few shops, gocarts/arcade, and Angelo's Steak Pit. We would probably stay here again, but don't expect it to be a Four Seasons. It's a good value hotel.
