Very pleasant friendly botique hotel in my favoirite part of Paris the 14thxxx This is my first time at this wonderful botique hotel in Paris which is the type of hotel I adore when I visit citieis in Europe and it did not disappoint. I had a lovely 4 days ciry break and I had an amazing experience. What made this wonderful boutique hotel so special? Wel, where will I start. The team running the hotel from the front desk could not be more helpful polite and respectful and as my visiti was also partly business to do with important meetings and research, it was essentail that I had a quality team surroudning me each day as I completed my important project in Paris from confirming meetings, making appoiintments, organising cars, advise about cafes and restaurants ..the list was comprensive but each task was carried out meticulouly wihout a glitch. I would particulary recommend this hotel for solo professionals in Paris on business as well as couples wanting to discover all the exciting magnicificant locations in this wonderful city, I was upgraded whout asking to a lovely superior room on the fifth floor. The petit déjeuner was everything I wanted and more and there were very healthy choices which is important to me as I avoid high fat, high salt , high sugar options which were not thankfully on the menus here ..I am passionate about healthy eating and so the many choices were just perfectly tailored to me. I have always loved the 14th and this hotel confirms this one more time . I will be back soon ..in fact I do not really want to leave as the location is perfect and it is so safe as I value my security now more than ever before ..Merci a tous...xxx...Merci Serene...Vous êtes un humanitaire extraordinaire et vous faites honneur à ce groupe hôtelier..

Not so superior! Booked on basis of Tripadvisor ratings and because I knew the area and wanted to stay in Montparnasse. Booked a superior room but it was anything but….cramped, old furniture, very old bathroom with broken and badly patched up tiles. Absolute joke for the price even by Parisian standards. Also noisy. Complained to receptionist and she just acknowledged that the room needed updating. Did offer us to move rooms but as we were already unpacked and only there for one night we declined. There are much better hotels in this area which we wished we would have picked. They are a small chain and seems like a deliberate decision not to invest in this particular property. Worth avoiding!

An escape in Paris It was my first time in Paris, and I highly recommend the hotel, simple, cozy and with a welcoming vibe, not to mention the friendliness of the girls at the reception, like Olga and Tina. Hotel surrounded by restaurants and shops, with a metro station less than 2 min away (on foot) and for those interested, the catacombs of Paris are also located 2 minutes away.

Good…however It was our second time to stay in this hotel. The first one was very pleasant or I rated it as 5 star, the room that was given to us is clean, spacious, with lots of natural light coming in, the staffs were nice. We did enjoyed our stay. However, the second time was unpleasant from the time we checked in (April 22) until we left (April 25). We were given a tiny room which might be a single room with one cup, one each of shampoo, soap, shower gel. It was ok. One thing that made our stay uncomfortable, unpleasant and regrettable was the woman at the reception who was so unwelcoming and disrespectful to clients. We will not again stay in that hotel, sorry to say. We have been regular clients of this chain of hotels for years (we used to stay at Ville opera Druout (at Grand Boulevard area and which is now closed) had good relationship with the management, recommended it to our friends visiting Paris.

The best staff! The lovely staff and authentic style of the hotel made this the best stay in Paris for me. Will certainly be be booking again once possible. It is also located in a pleasantly quiet area. Located very close to the metro, that allows easy travel throughout Paris. Overall, you made my trip to Paris the best holiday ever. Thankyou again!
