Gets a definite recommendation. You can trust a good stay here. Very quiet comfortable place right off the 1st exit eastbound I-10 in Pensacola. Stayed on the 2nd floor room 208 and the beds were comfortable enough. The room, hall and A/C were very quiet. I didn’t hear any freeway traffic until around 5am. The hallways were well lit. We felt very safe. The breakfast was good, a typical “hotel hot breakfast.” The room was very clean. The shower does take several minutes to get hot water, but once it does it’s great. I strongly recommend. It’s a stay well worth the money, which isn’t expensive at all. It’s very comparable to the other 3 stars in the area.

Nice but annoying It was a very clean room, the bed was fine. The problem we had was there was no place to hang your clothes, no closet, no armoire nothing. There were two double doors close to the door you enter which were locked. There was a small sofa, a coffee table, a desk. a chair, a cabinet with a refrigerator and microwave. But not one place to hang clothes. Oh well there was a hook on the back of the bathroom door. And the bathroom door would not stay open which wasn't a huge deal just a little annoying. There was plenty of room for an armoire.

Nice & Clean This hotel is nothing fancy but nice and clean. The staircase in the lobby gives it a bit more charm than other hotels within this price range. The breakfast is the same old same old - nothing great but free! We would definitely stay here again.

Filthy A/C filters, uncomfortable mattress, no follow from management I always check the A/C filters first upon checking into any hotel. It well tell you immediately what type of inspection program they have for cleanliness and if management and ownership is on top of it. If it's filthy, rest assured that there will be other shortcomings. Both A/C filters were filthy and had not been cleaned in months (see before and after photos). When I showed the front desk clerk (identified himself as "John"), he initiated at no behest of mine, that the manager would call me that morning and "make it right". I never heard from anyone. Additionally, as previously reported by others, the mattresses are very uncomfortable. -- Cannot recommend staying here if cleanliness and comfort are high on your priorities for a hotel.

No sleep! Between the non-existent soundproofing and the fire alarm going off at 12:30 am, we got no sleep! Enough said! The hotel was totally full with very noisy people and We could hear every noise that anyone made on our floor and the floor beneath us.
