Great value especially for extended stay. Clean and tidy. Perfect for us. Clean and neat. Comfortable beds. Quiet. The rooms have a nicely equipped kitchen with a large fridge, dishwasher, microwave and stovetop. Even a toaster! (We sleep in so the lack of a free breakfast was absolutely fine with us. We rarely get up in time anyway!) Great for a longer stay (we stayed a week). Newly remodeled. The rooms and bathrooms are just a tad on the small side for a long stay, but sufficient. Nice workout room with treadmill, elliptical, bike and free weights. We didn't use the pool. Well equipped (and free at this writing) guest laundry area. Nice folks at the front desk - very helpful and friendly. We feel this is one of the best values in Peoria and will be back.

Loved the kindness and staff This place was a wonderful retreat from my mom being in the hospital. Mandy, the manager was so kind and helpful. Island was very sweet as well. Everyone was super helpful and kind. I was appreciative of a safe, comfortable place to stay with family who helped arrange my stay. Location was great with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.

Remodel in full swing - looking good Nice location near a lot of retail. Major renovations are taking place and the team seems to be doing it in an orderly fashion. Team is friendly and the manager provides updates to guests on what is going on. Location needed an upgrade and there are doing it right. Will stay again.

Great staff; terrible mattresses This hotel needs two separate ratings. The first one is for the staff. Every staff person I talked to was genuinely nice, helpful, and friendly. The staff is WONDERFUL. Five stars for the staff. The pantry in the lobby is nice and quite affordable. I used it a lot and appreciate that the pricing for items was fair. I didn't use the lending library of kitchen appliances but it looked like it had a lot of decent items that would be helpful for someone staying long-term. The rooms on the other hand are one star rooms right now. The bed and mattress are the absolute worst I've ever slept on, without a doubt. I am not exaggerating when I tell you that I had back and neck problems the entire time I stayed here and for several days after. The mattresses are so incredibly old and worn out that they are sunken-in and offer absolutely no support. The rest of the room was decent and I had no complaints, but the mattresses are so bad that it ruins the entire experience. We ended up staying in Peoria longer than we had the room reserved, but decided not to extend our stay at this hotel simply because we couldn't sleep on the beds any longer. The staff tell me the hotel will be renovated this spring and I'm really glad to hear that. Once the renovations are done, I would gladly stay here again.
