Worked for us The location of the hotel’, for an event at the Expo, couldn’t be beat. Also close to an array of great restaurants in Phoenixville. EV charging available, assuming a non-electric car doesn’t decide to park in the clearly marked spot. Kudos to Belinda, Brandon and Ron at reception. Belinda was very helpful by chat answering some questions we had. Brandon did a very nice job maneuvering the implications of a very full hotel. Cleaning crew kept the common areas spotless, and the room cleaning was perfect. The room was spacious. Rugs badly need replacing, and , once again, we had a room refrigerator that froze 65% of our food. Not sure why this is such a challenge for the hotels. Dining area needs attention, The staff we encountered on the 1st evening was unpleasant. In the mornings, people on schedules were leaving, with the long delays receiving their unfulfilled orders. Nice am crew, and food from the kitchen was well prepared, but order turnover needs attention.

Very nice hotel & staff Overall, our stay was great. The hotel staff was excellent. They were friendly, attentive, helpful and overall made us feel very welcome. Jameson greeted us warmly when we arrived, tired from 6 hours in the car and it was off to a good start. The room was very quiet and well appointed. The dresser space was welcome as we were staying for four nights. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Nice big TV, plenty of outlets for charging gadgets. A few minor issues to report on the room - now, we know it’s getting updated later this year, so I’ll temper my comments given that information. That bathroom had zero ventilation, and the whole week none of our towels dried out. Granted, it was in the upper 90s and super hot for August in PA, but still, it was a bit aggravating. The AC kept the room cool but humidity was a challenge with heat indexes over 100 the whole week. Not a real problem, but still a bit annoying. Our toilet seat cover was broken when we arrived. Odd that housekeeping wouldn’t report and have it fixed, but I did and the staff fixed it the same day I asked while we were out. Also, the bathroom door was nearly impossible to open as it was swollen to the door jamb. I’m a fairly large man, but a smaller child or person might have trouble with it. (Room 432). But that’s it - the grounds of the hotel were spotless, the new, renovated lobby was beautiful and comfortable, the restaurant and bar in the hotel was excellent (Christine was great behind the bar) and we had a very nice stay. The area is very quiet for a business park and it’s filled with restaurants, bars, and things to do. Easy access to highways. Good location.

Needs to be Renovated Was sad to see what we had used close to 100,000 points for this vacation. Traveling with a pet is no easy task and even though you pay a $75 non-refundable fee - historically we are always placed in crappy rooms when we use points and travel with our dog. This experience was no different. Look at our gorgeous view (NOT). See attached photo. Also please do something about the corners of the bed frames. Can they have some sort of corner protection so you don't break your leg rounding the bed? My leg ate the corners and I have the bruises from the battle. I understand there were several weddings this weekend but do better emptying the trash around the property. Trash was overflowing and there was zero toilet paper in lobby bathrooms. Also upon check out there were no carts available for hours - seems people were taking them up to their room at night so they'd have them in the morning. Overall it was just "meh". Hilton Garden Inn is showing its age. Positives -- near Target and Dunkin Donuts.

Very basic and dated hotel This is a very basic hotel for a Hilton. Upside: good beds, rooms on the west side are quiet, friendly staff. There is a gym and a small indoor pool. However, rooms are very dated and in need of a renovation. During four nights, our room was only serviced once. It is not possible to order room service and the fridge is not stocked. The general impression is that the hotel is staffed to the bare minimum.

Can't Trust Them to Keep Your Reservation I had a soft spot for this hotel due to the location. I also liked that it has a restaurant, rare in this area, and a Tesla charger. I've been here several times. The rooms are getting very dated and tired. It's not the cleanest either. However, I overlooked these things as again, location is most important, followed by the restaurant, and Tesla charger. However, I am here to warn you, do NOT book this property. I had a reservation made and booked three months ago, part of a larger trip. The hotel is kicking me out because they went and sold every room to a convention. Why is this my fault? We would I need to be forced to a hotel in another area, or without a restaurant, or without a Tesla charger? It is simply NOT worth booking your flights, car rentals, etc. to then have this hotel cancel your reservation. It is NOT worth the risk. Book somewhere else. You won't miss the dated rooms or dirt either.
