Wanna smoke pot? Upside: Nice enough room and breakfast. DOWNSIDE:. Nasty looking people across hall entering room that evening, In lobby and parking lot full of trucks. Signs state “No vaping, smoking” all over. Was awakened with people loudly entering / walking hall. PUNGENT odor of pot at midnight. Lingered in our room in am. No enforcement of rules.

Hit me with a fraudulent scam “smoking fee” They hit me with a fraudulent scam “smoking fee”. I’m a severe asthma sufferer who can’t go anywhere that’s been smoked in. Watch out for these scammers. I’m a diamond status Wyndham member and a repeat guest at this hotel. Wyndham corporate claimed they could t do anything about it. I entrusted them with my card number and they scammed me. I’m currently working with my back to get the charge back. They’re greedy and try to make money by scamming repeat guests.

No longer trust Wyndhams This hotel was very misleading in advertisement. The rooms were not clean. It felt like the ac was down in the entire building leaving the place feeling gross and smelly. We showed up an hour earlier than check in and were charged $30 for early check in. We couldn’t actually stay at the hotel after checking in because our room was so hot. The beds are horrible and there was actually plywood as the box spring. We were given two towels and not ample shampoo or soap. The facility doors were not secured. The lock on our room was broken. We contemplated leaving but we had nowhere to go. The hotel gave my son such bad anxiety he did not sleep.

Another guest given a keycard for my room and entered at 11 pm I thought, how bad can it be...very bad when at 11 pm another guests enters my room. At checkin the keycard did not work. Then after a second trip to the front desk the key cards work, only to have someone enter at 11 pm. It turns out I was in the system as 326 and they thought 306 was empty. 306 was the room I was given at checkin. The worst part, they said it happened the week before to another guest. I was told I would be contacted for resolution and I was not. I also emailed with no response. Fluorescent lights flickered over the sink in the bathroom. The sofa had been destroyed by a cat or cats. Breakfast was very lackluster. I could almost forgive everything if I felt safe.
