Good one night stay Needed a place for a one night stay before a cruise out of Galveston. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Someone who used the room before us must have been rough on things, missing picture, toilet paper holder torn off wall. Waffles in the shape of Texas. I would stay again if in the area.

It was amazing _ I have to say the hotel host Solomon was very helpful he was great the rooms was very clean and we enjoyed every moment of it the breakfast _ was gone when we came down they was running out but the kind lady took her time to fix more I loved everything about the staff Solomon was great _ I give this a 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Because I love great service and that they did provide so thank you all once again you guys was awesome _ we will be back ⭐️___⭐️___‍♀️_

Lineman’s room gave away A lineman in town to turn power on from Hurricane Laura Had a room booked for Tuesday night check out being Wednesday 9/30. After a long hot day at work the clerk had gave his room away. Should be ashamed

Will not be back We have stayed at this location numerous times. This stay clearly reflects a decline in the quality of customer service, food, and housekeeping. The boil eggs were uncooked, eggs looked dried out, 4 uncooked sausages, etc. Breakfast bar was closed by 9 am on Sunday. The maid unlocked and left our door ajar at 10:20 envelope though we had the Do Not Disturb sign out. Checkout is suppose to be 11. Water all around the ice machine, shower didn’t really get hot. Not worth $85 a night.

Good stay so far Standard level Comfort Inn Suites, no surprises here. Hotel is in very good condition, I believe remodeled after Hurricane Harvey in 2017. Had 1 small issue with my room which the owner took care of quickly. Room is nice and clean, good internet connection, staff is friendly, breakfast is standard fare. No drama, they do what hotels should do.
