All-around unacceptable The hallway smelled of smoke (tobacco & pot) on a non-smoking floor. The door lock was broken and wouldn’t stop beeping, the desk clerk let us in with a passkey and took our keys. She 1st said Maintenance would look at it tomorrow (we were only staying one night), then she said the maintenance man was at church. When I asked for information about the owner, they said there was no contact for them and they couldn’t be paged, they were off. The TV remote didn’t work and the TV couldn’t connect to the cable. The front-desk staff seemed unconcerned about our issues, said there was no other room available, and tried to board too many people in the elevator (against Covid-19 protocols). Bathroom fixtures were broken or missing. There was a coffee maker but no coffee or cups. Multiple dogs & cats audible, I almost tripped over a dog when it bolted out of their owner’s room. We stayed less than one hour, said we couldn’t sleep through the door beeping, and we left. We are disputing the non-refundable rate policy, but were told the issue is unresolved until the manager comes in tomorrow.

DONT STAY HERE If I could give less than one star I would. Let me give you a step by step of my entire visit. I am working out of town for a considerable amount of time and decided to give this place a try after staying at the days inn next door which is more expensive but clearly worth it. At check in I noticed a slight mold smell but brushed it off. The guy at the desk was nice enough and I paid in full and was given the keys to my room. I went into the room and noticed a VERY strong mold odor and that the mini fridge was not working and the bathroom was so dirty the tub still had dirt settled on the bottom of it from whoever had showered last. I went and let the guy know at the desk he said ok try the room across the hall. He then gave me a key to that one which didn't work so I had to go back, he made another key that did work. I noticed the same STRONG odor as the other room and it was dirty but not as dirty as the previous room and everything seemed to work I cleaned the room myself and got some deodorizer to ease the mold smell. Well come 1am that morning there is a banging like somebody is trying to force my door open. I looked out to see it was the guy from the front desk and a police officer with another gentleman who looked really rough. I cracked the door open and asked if I could help them and the hotel guy said "oh you're in this room? My bad" then walks across the hall. After this I couldnt sleep feeling safe at all in that room but I didnt have the option of leaving yet. Then for 3 days in a row the key wouldn't work for my door. Finally there was a younger girl at the desk who told me they hadn't saved my room as being reserved for the week (which I had prepaid for). Finally on the day I got to leave this nightmare hotel I go to check out, stood at the desk for 10mins and when I finally got ready just to leave a note a lady comes from the breakfast area with a cereal bowl in her hand asking if I need help. Oh my goodness. Please if you are a young lady traveling by yourself like I am just spend the extra money and stay at the days inn or somewhere nice and safe.

Worn, beaten room, terrible maintenance, smelly, ripped off by management and pool gate violation Stayed at this hotel for 15 weeks in a beaten up room, with poor cleaning practices with the entire first floor stinks of mold, and the pool gate is hanging off its hinges but worst of all the management charged me one price for the first 98 nights and jacked the price for the last four nights I was there- terrible customer service. Oh, and be careful of the giant sign lying in the car park-it is electrified and potentially dangerous. The kitchenette is actually a wet bar, not a kitchenette. The afternoon front desk lady was awesome though.

It's a NO from me, Randy! Just take one step into the lobby of this place and the overwhelming smell of mildew will be your first indication how the rest of your stay will proceed. There has definitely been some kind of water damage to the entire place but the smell is worst one the ground level. The carpets in the halls are worn and dirty, the ice machines are a joke (only ONE works and it's on the first floor) and the appliances are in need of servicing, i.e. fridge barely cooled; AC ran all night (we didn't get cool until about 4am); elevator was dirty (looked like water damage on the elevator walls inside cab) etc. The room was somewhat clean. It smelled old and stale but not as bad as the lobby. However, I would have much rather had an entire one roll of toilet tissue instead of the two partial rolls they left me, which did NOT equal a whole roll! No iron, no ironing board. I understand this place is cheap but come on!! I've stayed in Motel 6s that were cleaner and cheaper than this place! We were in town for a funeral and were already not having a "good" trip anyway but this place just made it a lot worse.
