Great guesthouse, great location This is a wonderful gem of a place; incredibly clean, comfortable, lovely, and welcoming. It is above a nice restaurant called Local, and the area is right in the center of things without being unduly loud or crowded. I was here on a solo work trip for an event.

Another great stay Year after year, I stay here for a week in July and a week in August; this time I chose to spend two weeks in July; great as always, five rooms, private baths, air conditioning, refrigerators, parking in the rear. Bar and dining on first floor; right on commercial street, great view of harbor and the "cast of characters" after Tea Dance.

Great food and atmosphere We stayed in P Town for a few nights, sampling different restaurants each night. This one offers a nice variety of food, including burgers or pizza if that's what you prefer. It was bustling, and busy, but the service was great and the meal tasty.

Love this guest house I have been staying here six years; July then August; five lovely rooms, air conditioning, refrigerators, private bath. Parking in rear of building, a real plus.....right on commercial street, near everything, can see the "sights and people" as they walk by either from the two front rooms or the porch or patio while you are dining at Local 186 on the first floor. To me, it is the best and most reasonable place to lodge.
